Nice attempt to save face. But it's anecdotal evidence. One Latino being a bigot does not mean such prejudice is widespread.

Also, since you endorse a sentiment you describe as "prejudicial ... sentiment versus blacks" in your subject line, consider this thread an admission that you are prejudiced against Blacks.

I have no dog in this hunt,,but I know very well the animosity that exists between the Hispanic and black communities...its more perverse than even white vs Hispanic/black....

my guess is its due to conflicting gang associations primarily as they tend to overlap each others turf..

What "legal liability" ? There's no law against making racist comments. They fired him because the target audience disapproved.
