Bll Maher exposes the real reason the left views Russia as "the enemy…"

Aren't you being a little naive (or disingenuous) when you don't factor in Trump's long history of laundering money for Russian/former FSU oligarchs with ties to Putin?

Seriously, anyone who does business with Russia is engaging in "laundering money for Russian/former FSU oligarchs with ties to Putin." Where does it begin? Where does it end? You guys are criminalizing diplomacy AND commerce. At least you are honest about the Marxism inherent in your stance on these matters. But lets not ignore the fact that most of what you are outraged by is simply the way things work.

Would you include hillary's selling of our uranium to Russia while Secretary of State laundering money for Russia or just an out right bribe?

I have equal respect for your honest admission of the criminal nature of capitalism. Money laundering is not consistent with the oath Trump swore to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, is it?

Donald Trump never expected to become POTUS.

Neither die his many minions like Manafort and Flynn expect such an unlikely outcome.

He is headed for a crash that could affect the Republican Party in the same way that LBJ's signing of the 1965 Civil Rights Act altered Democratic politics in Texas half a century ago.

I've never been confused about which side Clinton and Trump prefer.

Just because Bill and Hill are corrupt toadies for crony capitalists like Trump is not a good reason to support the billionaire currently living in the White House. They should all die in prison, imho.

Let me remind you Hillary Clinton took the same oath to Uphold and Defend the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and Domestic not only as a US Senator but also as Secretary of State. So when she sold our uranium to Russia was that money laundering or a bribe, because that money never made it to the treasury.

This photo would never have been taken if the Clintons weren't hustling for some Billionaire bucks.

If you mean crony capitalism (corporatism coupled with big governmentism) then yes, I admit that is steeped in criminality. Free market capitalism is the antithesis of "criminal nature." Further from criminality than, say, communism as practiced in the real world.

I think we can both agree that regardless of the economic system, there will always be a "criminal nature" that seeks to corrupt it.

I doubt there is any evidence of criminal money laundering by Trump wrt the Russians. He did business with Russians, many of whom probably got their money illicitly. But that is not a crime - or would you suggest that the Uranium One deal was also "money laundering?"

That's a good thing I would think. Simply because that means he is getting hit buildings built at the less expensive rate possible. Why pay more that you have to. to get something done?
I think we also have to consider the economic incentives Trump and other builders receive in order to make their projects profitable. Any tax breaks developers receive either increase the taxes of other citizens or furthers the destruction of the social safety net.

Politicians in both parties are reluctant to challenge the New York real estate establishment. Currently, there are two NY Democrats, governor and Manhattan DA, who have the power to put Trump's federal tax returns into the public record.

The governor has also refused to return campaign donations from Trump.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/04/opinion/trump-tax-return-public-lawsuit.html

"How to Make Trump’s Tax Returns Public..."

"All that’s needed is for Gov. Andrew Cuomo, the New York State Police or the state Department of Taxation and Finance to make a request, and the authority would be granted to her.

"Criminal jurisdiction also rests with Cyrus Vance Jr., the Manhattan district attorney.

"Mr. Vance has shown no interest, so far, in investigating other complaints against Mr. Trump."

I detest liberalism
Well of course. The Left hate white people. White people who are Leftist are stumbling and falling all over themselves and each other to be something other than white these days.
Just like Rachel:

White liberals are required to virtue signal white guilt.

Mayor
The 2012 Republican presidential nominee & candidate Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA) campaigned on Russia being not merely a threat, but one of the greatest threats facing the U.S.

Romney was laughed at for it.
And now Maher says it's the left?

Vlad Putin is a very dangerous man. Need we look farther than his annexation of Crimea, his continuing support for Syria's Assad, and other dirty dealings around the world?

Bedrock law & order conservatives acknowledge that.
If the left have joined us in recognizing this threat, then Hal Elujah !

Any evidence of money laundering will require examining Trump's federal tax returns which a pair of "liberal" New York Democrats are currently impeding?

She didn’t sell our uranium to Russia. Uranium One sold their uranium to Russia.
