I always enjoyed Gordy Lightfoot's original (The wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald). I love the humor of this remake.
I will say that Karma is a bitch best served cold and it don't get much colder than this.
The Green Desert
The Irish song, "The Rising of the Moon," about the pathetic, undisciplined, and weakly supported Rebellion of 1798 should have had the tragic tone of that song, but instead it sounds like the proud cheering about some underdog team that fought hard and almost won. The gutless Irish submitted to British occupation for 800 years (including a genocidal Holodomor in which half of them were starved to death) and have nothing to be proud of.
