No it didn't. The last two years the temperature has dropped equally to what it gained over the previous 10. The Warmists keep telling lies. There is no damn warming if anything there is a cooling trend. Damn, I'm sick of all the false data the left puts out.

Check out the right wing stupidity on display on this thread.
Do you have the slightest inkling what "the warmest year on record" means?

on record where? What are they talking about?

Were they looking at Greenland ice core data?

so you have no idea, yourself, eh?

look at the chart...

... that's a record. What about that record? I guess they weren't talking about that record, eh?
From the article:
Earth’s long-term warming trend continued in 2018 as persistent warmth across large swaths of land and ocean resulted in the globe’s fourth hottest year in NOAA’s 139-year climate record.

What part of NOAA’s 139-year climate record do you not understand. The last 5 years have been the hottest 5 years since they've had worldwide readings. Does this say that the earth wasn't hotter or colder 2000 tears ago? No - and it doesn't claim to.

Watch the low IQers here say that his is fake news because it is cold outside.

You can't fix stupid. If you could there would be no GOP.
Meanwhile, there’s more news on the steadily melting glaciers of the world.

Trump’s response was to happily announce in the SOTU the increased production of oil and coal. That was met by wild applause and a standing O by the Republicans at the SOTU.

We must face reality - GOP ignorance is literally destroying our planet.

139 years of manipulating data? How old is the Earth? 4.5 BILLION YEARS?

And you wonder why thinking people laugh at your joke of a Cult.
Yes because we all know that if we can't go banck to the big bang that any data we collect will be incomplete and therefore not mean anything.
