I called the office of Sen Marco Rubio today

I told them that I expect a public apology from Rubio for voting against the declared emergency on the border on the basis that it was an unconstitutional act by the president.

1) Congress gave the office of the president the power to declare a national emergency. If you can't marshal funding for an emergency then they gave the presidency the power to declare National Fart Day for all intents and purposes.

2) For 8 years under Obama congress did not pass a budget. 8 years in which the national debt doubled. And NOW they feel offended that their constitutional prerogative is being goosed into action?!?!?

RUBIO VOTED NOT ON THE CONSTITUTION INSTEAD HE VOTED ON WHETHER OR NOT THERE IS AN EMERGENCY AT THE BORDER!!! He voted that there isn't.

And he wanted to be president of the United States.
