You CAN sue any other type of company for it's product being misused? Go ahead, that is legal.

Can you sue a car manufacturer be sued when a police cruiser hits and kills people? Go ahead, that is legal.


The only time you can't sue is gun manufacturers. They get special treatment. Why? Because republicans are in the pockets of the NRA and don't trust the judgement of their fellow Americans.

In every instance you mentioned people are allowed to sue. That doesn't mean that they will win. It means that they get a chance for a jury of their peers to look at the facts and determine the outcome.

Republicans don't go for that because they are scum that do not trust the American people to determine what is fair. No other reason.

Even your own example show that the republicans are protecting ONLY the gun and ammo manufacturers.

Yes you can. You may lose but say that the car manufacturer had put in faulty brakes or hadn't hooked up the barke pedal or was otherwise negligent they would be found liable. It is up to a jury to make that decision. Republican lawmakers do not trust their fellow Americans to make wise decisions and that's wht they created laws to protect gun and ammo manufacturers.

Remember - if you sued a car maker because some drunk was responsible not only would you lose but the car manufacturer could sue you in return for a frivolous lawsuit. Why not the same laws for guns? Because Republicans are HYPOCRITES that's why.

You CAN sue the car company - it is up to the jury to decide if you win or not.

With guns the republicans decided that you LOSE if you plan on suing a gun company. They don't trust a jury of their fellow Americans to determine the facts of the case.
