On Monday, Right Wing Watch posted an audio clip of former Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) gushing on a recent radio interview about President Donald Trump as the perfect Christian president.

“In my lifetime, I have never seen a more biblical president than I have seen in Donald Trump,” said Bachmann, crediting him for his hardline policy on Israel. “We will, in all likelihood, never see a more godly, biblical president again in our lifetimes.”

I don't know. Was Obama?

For either man, it's not for me to say....So I'll not obsess over it.

I imagine some others might, but that's their problem.

Republican Evangelicals see Trump as godly and biblical.
You must not be one of those Evangelicals.

Yes.
Trump is not perfect. No human is perfect........Jesus was the only one. But Trump brings in people to pray over him, for him, and with him. What that means is that he allows God to use him to move this country forward.

We would be silly to expect perfection from any Godly man. But if a man or woman opens himself to be blessed by God, that blessing will happen. Trump is that man.

I agree with Rep. Michele Bachman.

Trump is so godly and biblical that he won't need to attend church services on Easter Sunday.

You must be one of those people who likes to label people.

It does make it easier, granted. It requires less thought to slap a label on someone and make blanket assumptions.

It is not correct, however - Better to take people one at a time.

Interesting that you feel you've been appointed to judge Trump ......and me........and probably everyone else. Who appointed you? It certainly wasn't God.
