Remember all those congressional investigations of presidential wrongdoing?

Well, you must have been imagining things. Trump and his GOP enablers now argue that Congress does not have the authority to investigate presidential wrongdoing.

Yup, it’s official - the Trump/Barr/GOP position is that Trump is above the law, as Trump announces that he will not comply with any congressional subpoenas and will not cooperate with any such congressional investigations.

Congress can subpoena whatever the hell they want, They can investigate whatever the hell they want, and the can conduct the investigation however the hell they want.
There are no qualifications set by the executive. That's not the way it works.
