GOP poised to strip millions of Americans of their health care?

Bugsy McGurk

That just might happen. Although the SCOTUS has already upheld the ACA, GOP interests brought a new frivolous case designed to completely invalidate the ACA. That would completely strip millions of people of their health care coverage, and affect many millions more by depriving them of a myriad of ACA protections, such as pre-existing conditions protections.

Well, an appeals court heard arguments in the case and the two GOP judges, including a Trump hack, seemed inclined to strike down the entire ACA. What Congress couldn’t do, GOP hack judges just may do for them.

Trump’s take? Well, his constitutional duty is to faithfully implement the laws, but he and his DOJ stooges viciously attack the ACA. The latest example of Trump pissing on the Constitution.

The destruction of the rule of law continues...

"GOP poised to strip millions of Americans of their health care?"

No. Why would you ask?

No one in America does or will, have to live without health care, so where did this notion come from?

Perhaps you, like the other dems/l ibs, feel that if you can just somehow equate health CARE with health INSURANCE it will in some way justify your perverted lust to have SOME among us to purchase goods and services (such as insurance), for ALL of us, might that be it, sport?

Well, it doesn't. Try something else.

"That would completely strip millions of people of their health care coverage,"

Then THAT mean that as things are right now, SOME among us are purchasing a service for "millions of people", who are NOT funding a service they are receiving, would it not?

Is that good, right and, dare we say it...…...FAIR?!?!

What WILL you dems use to continue to purchase the votes of all your little PC sub-sets of society, self-professed, life-long "victimhood" liberal base if you ever do lose the ability to have the government confiscate the monies of your political opponents and redistribute them to benefit liberals?

I would love to see that...…….

Good luck getting health care without health insurance. Good luck getting pre-existing coverage protection or the other ACA protections without the ACA.

You can pretend that there’s no link between health insurance and health care, but you’re just pretending. Even many Republicans in Congress know it - they know they will take a huge political hit if the ACA is struck down.

what a bold faced lie, 0bama and his ilk are the only one who stole people's health insurance.
Those people who have coverage that others are forced to pay for are free to pay for it them selves are they not?

Why can't Americans afford the deductibles?

Why do they avoid doctors and hospitals?

Why do they lose their homes over medical expenses?

Why is health care only for the rich?

government interference is the primary cause along with millions closing to be poor while blaming others for their bad choices.

"Why can't Americans afford the deductibles?"
Same reason some Americans can not afford anything that some others can.
Some can, they just don't want to. They want to spend "their" money on what they want and have others spend their money to provide what they "feel" they have a right to.

"Why do they avoid doctors and hospitals?"
They want to spend "their" money on what they want, not necessarily what they may need.

"Why do they lose their homes over medical expenses?"
They chose to spend "their" money on what they wanted instead of insurance they needed.

"Why is health care only for the rich?"
It isn't. Ever visited a hospital? Not exactly chock full of millionaires.
What ARE all those other folks doing there, hanging out hoping for a Bill Gates or Oprah sighting?

Trump/Republicans better start praying that the ACA isn't abolished......since they have no replacement despite their lies to the contrary.

Here's Trump's lies about health care.

I think this is their strategy:

1. Get their hack judges to throw out the ACA even though Congress couldn’t repeal it.

2. Create a crisis, as many millions of Americans realize they have lost the ACA protections without any replacement.

3. Mitch McConnell and the Senate will then pass one of their phony baloney “health care reform” bills and blame the Dem House when it refuses to go along with the GOP flim-flam.

A self-made crisis in 2020 would be a boon for Democratic election hopes. If the judge throws out Obamacare I would rate Mitch McConnell's seat as "Tossup"

They can pass Trump's universal health care plan that he promised in the campaign.
It will be BEA_ U_TI_FUL. Hee hee.
