Not sure what title to give this post/thread.

So based on your theory that every supporter of every candidate not named Harris, Sanders or Warren will go to Biden (highly doubtful), then that gets Biden to about 37%.

And Buttigeg and Beto aren't that far left????? OMG, how left are you????? Can you even stand up without tipping over?
If comes down to contested convention, Superdelegates choose Biden for his electability.

I’m still hoping for John Hickenlooper to make a splash...
He is the next white male...They have been through:

Joe Biden...Racist segregator

Pete Buttigieg...Racist fires his police chief because he is black.

Rigoberto...aka "Beto" O'Rourke. Anti semetic...Thinks he is Hispanic. Democrats bought Beto from Al Harringtons Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tubemen.

These are certainly out and for the rest of the white males on the list

Bernie Sanders...Has been out since 2016. The most viable of 2016 was cheated out of his chance by Hillary.

Jay Inslee...The male A.O.C.? Nope no one knows who he is anyways.

Steve Bullock...Not radical enough.

Julian Castro...No one will vote for Obama. That Castro is now is a white Obama.

Tim Ryan...Democrats will mistake him for the other Ryan.

Joe Sestak...As if the left supports the military.

Michael Bennet...Worked under Hickenlooper...No one cares.

Bill de Blasio...Feministing.com calls de Blasio racist.

Tom Steyer...Racist billionaire...Because money is racist.

There is your list of (D) candidates...Good Luck.

Realistically, the Democratic race is a 4 way race. Beto is done. Buttigieg is raising a lot of money but stuck at 7-8% in the polls. Right now the race is Biden/Warren/Harris/Bernie. Ima be straight up right now. If the election were held today and the Dem candidate was anyone but Biden among those 4,I would sit this one out. I cannot support Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders. Kamala Harris was my 2nd choice but she took herself off my list last month. Not sure there is anything she can do to get back on it.

Republicans threw away their purity test in 2016. Some resisted for awhile after the election and some hesitantly let go of it before the election, but Republicans and conservatives are mostly on board now. The pastors at the church I attend are solidly in Trump's corner. The folks who voted for Trump in 2016 are still on board and will be there in November next year. The only question is how many more he can pick up. I would add that the signal sent from Florida in November last year is a very good sign for Republicans.

My party has responded, apparently, by making it's purity test harder to pass and I can hardly bear watching it right now. Also, apparently, older white and maybe older black moderate/conservative Democrats who have voted in every election since they turned 18, like myself, don't pass the test. I don't just hang out in PJ. I hang out in a couple other mostly left-leaning sites. There the progressive left complains of Biden not exciting "the base". The progressive left has proclaimed itself to be "the base" and the rest of us should just get in line. I got news for 'em. They have a voice and a vote but they don't have the final say for the rest of us. There is a big generational divide in the Democratic electorate and the current signs point to the next election ripping it apart. We could see the return of "Reagan Democrats" as "Trump Democrats" especially if the economy keeps rolling along. Ima be straight up about another thing. Ima 'bout out of give a f**ks too.

There! I've said it. Sorry for the long post. I normally don't do this.

You're welcome Republicans. After the last election, I "got over it" quick. I ate my crow, congratulated the folks on the right and moved on. Won't be hard to do it again if need be.
I think the biggest problem right now is all the candidates keep trying to pander to specific groups. Once they start that they just piss off the groups they are not pandering to. To me, Joe Biden is a nice man, much like Mike Pence. He just doesn't have what it takes to be President. He is waaaaaaayyyy to wishy washy. Today he's for rain, and tomorrow he is against it. He needs to make his choices and stick with it. Any of the rest of them are too goofey to be President.

So you would prefer Trump to anyone except Biden ?

Why ?
I have already posted this:

"Right now the race is Biden/Warren/Harris/Bernie. Ima be straight up right now. If the election were held today and the Dem candidate was anyone but Biden among those 4,I would sit this one out. "

And this:

"Anybody But Trump ain't good enough for me."

I didn't say I'm joining the Republican Party and/or voting for Trump. I cannot support Warren or Sanders. At the moment,I can't support Harris. That is subject to change but I'm not sure what could change it. At this moment in time,if Warren/Sanders/Harris were the nominee and I sat the election out and Trump won,I'd be okay with that. Trump has a chance between now and November 2020 to make it where I wouldn't be okay with it. We'll see soon enough where all this goes.

She played the race card and made school busing a campaign issue in 2019 and backtracked a few days later and took the same position she attacked Biden for. She raised her hand a said her healthcare plan eliminates private insurance. We've already covered that.

It's just how the primaries are done. The actual policy differences are minute, but they play them up to differentiate themselves in the primaries.

Those who can see the damage Trump is doing to our democracy, our Constitution will have no problem voting for the Democratic nominee, whoever she is. That will include many Republicans.

Swish.

They support a moon bat leftist now (Warren, Harris or Sanders). Your argument is that when their moon bat loses, oh well. Now I'm going for the sleepy guy and skipping the other moon bats. One moon bat is enough for me!

Sure they would.

My whole point is if that's what they wanted, they'd be supporting Biden now and they aren't
Most Democrats have several they could stand to vote for and none of them is Biden. If their candidates drop out and Biden is the one left standing.........they just won't vote. The stay at home option will be widely used if Biden is the nominee.

No impact. Looks like it veered further east and north. Clear and sauna-like right now.
My daughter got worried after locals got
Personally I am undecided in the Democratic primary. Biden, Beto, Hickenlooper, Kamala, and Warren are still options for me.

Personally I think Biden will win. Bernie and Warren will split the far left which means Biden will win Iowa and New Hampshire. By then Buttigieg will drop out, and his support will flow primarily to Biden because of momentum. Kamala will be next shoe to drop, her supporters I think would disperse equally over the 3 remaining candidates. Biden still keeps the momentum into super Tuesday, where he finishes off the primary.

Stacey Abrams or Beto will be his VP. Abrams brings progressive cred to the campaign.

Now Biden has hidden his Senate records like his Ex-Boss hide his records and leftist love non-transparency.
