Kamala Harris is NOT a natural born citizen and cannot be president

Naturally the fake news press has censored these facts.

july 12 2019 Both of Harris's parents were present in the United States under student visas when Harris was born in Oakland, California. They were not U.S. citizens at that time. A student visa requires a non-immigrant intent. That is, one must swear that they have no intent to stay. Harris' parents appear to have lied.

Her father is described as "an African-American from Jamaica." Her mother Shyamala Gopalan was from India and graduated from the University of Delhi at nineteen. Her parents separated a few years after Harris was born and divorced when Harris was seven. Her mother entered the country only 4 years before Harris was born, and her father only 3 years before.

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was born on American Samoa (not on a military base). Like McCain's Canal Zone birth, it is doubtful that birth in the American Samoa qualifies Gabbard as a natural born citizen. Her father Mike Gabbard was also born in American Samoa but apparently has no other claim to citizenship. Her mother Carole Porter Gabbard was born in Decatur, Illinois. A respect for our Constitution and the law requires challenging Gabbard's qualifications, the same as anyone else of whatever political party. Their background is irrelevant.

Your c/p says she was born in Oakland, CA. That makes her a natural-born citizen as per the 14th Amendment.

let me help you out- ALL persons BORN or naturalized, in the US, are citizens of the US and whatever state they are born in. You can't get more natural than being born here. Duh. Do you see them mentioning anyone's parents at all? What difference does that make?

She's an anchor baby. By the current interpretation of the constitution that makes her eligible. If you are saying we should fight to change that interpretation then I agree with you, but we're not there yet, and she is eligible according to current standards.

The Constitution refers to both. Article 1 Section 2 for natural citizens and all over the place for naturalized citizens.

Amending the Constitution is very serious business. It takes years to draft, finalize, vote on, and ratify. Every word and phrase is scrutinized for meaning and effect by Congress.

To think that those who wrote the 14th Amendment were unaware of Article 1 Section 2, it's meaning and effect is preposterous. To think they would leave it up to some latter day jerk of a judge to decide what they meant is even more preposterous. Had they meant that All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are [natural born] citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside, they would have either said so or amended Article 1 Section 2 too.

They didn't.

You are correct on the face of it but the reality is that a latter day judge did make such an interpretation, and our court system's tendency to honor precedent mean that interpretation will only change with an amendment, or a legal clarification of the existing wording. Even if you could get the courts to agree to change their interpretation it won't happen in time for the 2020 election, so Harris is eligible.

We're going to have to beat her, we're not going to get her out on a technicality. Hopefully the democrats will beat her for us in the primaries.

I remember that. The judge was from Indiana, and I think either an Obama appointee or disciple.

What I remember most though is that for some reason the ruling was unappealable.

Most likely it was a suit challenging Obama's eligibility and the judge found a way to protect him knowing full well his ruling would be overturned on appeal.

Just more Deep State treachery.

“Natural born” just means they were citizens from birth and not naturalized citizens.
