From the link in the OP:

The crew, which consisted of active duty and national guard members from Alaska, was charged $136 per room, which was less expensive than a Marriott property’s rate of $161. And both were under the per diem rate of $166.

“A local agent on contract with the U.S. government assisted with the reservations and indicated that there wasn’t a room available closer to Prestwick airport,” the Air Force said in a statement. A Defense Department official added on Monday that “yes — the Air Force relies on a contracted representative at the Prestwick airport to support our aircrew needs.”

"the Air Force’s spending has drawn attention and concern, particularly because overnight stays in the area have increased dramatically since Trump entered the White House — so far this year, there has been a 500 percent increase in the number of overnight stays compared to 2015."

The deal was struck in 2016. You listed 2015 which is incredibly dishonest. I would hope there would be a sizeable uptick after the deal. C'mon, faker, you can better with your conspiracies than that, can't you? Like a dossier or something? Lol

Sigh...yes...now go back and read the post to which I responded which falsely attributed timing.

Geeze, it’s like swatting flies at an African watering hole.

Feel free to read what I wrote in balance in this thread if you seek understanding of my overall view regarding Trump’s properties and his ability to influence decision-making post election. I was addressing a specific post here.

Nope. I’m suggesting that satan...err...Trump merits standard good faith criticism. In this case, for example, there is legitimate critique to be made that he should divest himself of those private business entities that would enrich him while he is in a position to influence site selection. At the same time, posts which directly characterize him falsely as guilty instrument of Pentagon selection of his hotel while his predecessor was president are patently dishonest and unfair - hence the post to which I originally responded in this thread (Don’s post).
Lord knows others won’t police such things.
It is unfair to examine the fact that his resort and that airport were losing millions before he got into office versus the fact that both are now millions in the black after he took office. And that having the VP stay 180 miles from Dublin was just a coincidence. That military aircrews were actually baffled by the decision to divert their flights to his hotel and that the hotel then offer what could be seen as a kickback to the military in discounted rooms, meals, and golf outings when they did even though the hotel was not on the military's list of hotels prior to Trump's ascendancy to the office.

Let me ask you. Did you ever give an opinion on the Hillary's pay to play accusations or defend her actions in that regard ?

Military brass dispute your claims.

Oh, I gotta dig up your post from November of 2016 when you said the same thing about the election! And the emoluments clause. And the Hatch Act. And the tax returns. And Russia. And the Kavanaugh hearing. And the Gorsuch hearing. And the "rape" accusations. And the weather report. And Charlottesville. And the "impeachment". See the pattern here? LOL!!
Brutal!! Lol

Once again, THE YEAR BEFORE TRUMP WAS ELECTED is when the Obama Administration’s Pentagon struck the deal with Trump’s property.

You very carefully excise this from any and all treatment of the matter. Pathological stuff. You act just like Trump himself.

Again THE YEAR BEFORE TRUMP WAS ELECTED both the airport and the hotels were millions in the red. Also you are pretending while as a private citizen Trump hadn't worked to drive business to the airport in hopes of shoring up his failing golf course and his now lying about having any involvement with the airport. Which was the whole point of the post from the beginning.

I asked you a question and your response is a personal attack instead of an answer.

So if one of us is acting like Trump it's not me.

Excuse me. Please stick to Trump enriching himself in violation of Article II in the constitution by going through with his deal to send more traffic to that dying airport and his debt ridden money losing golf course.

Please.

I don't want my thread to have to suffer multiple derailment deletes from the mods.
I'd say your ongoing pattern and documented history of trying to pass fake news here is germane to the topic of this thread, seeing as how it's another attempt to pass fake news.

I don't see you debunking anything in the top post or any of its subsequent post by me. You want to call me a liar and say what I post if fake then it is up to you to prove it.

Personally I think calling someone a liar without out providing evidence that proves they are lying should be grounds for a banning.

Sure you’re acting precisely like Trump...stubbornly refusing to acknowledge the triggering event (a heretofore unrealized Pentagon contract). And - again - my initiating post in this strand was in response to a very specific post I made to one of your fellow Trump-impersonators, who likewise attempted to portray the Air Force as complicit in a fraudulent deal that was inked by Trump’s predecessor.

Feel free to do your standard Trumpian Fred Astaire. I won’t bicker further. I wrote that there is indeed a legitimate argument to be made about Trump’s lack of divestment in several business holdings. You just don’t get to saddle him with the ‘brokering a sweetheart deal’ boilerplate (and neither does Don).

Obama did build that.

Dude you are clinging to the fact that a contract existed. I don't deny it. But he LIED about him having any involvement and you gloss right over that. You also gloss right over that both were losing in the millions before he came into office and now their profits are in the millions With the airport it is due to a YUGE increase in usage by the military and the more expensive refueling cost for using that airport.

Let me ask you.

If the Clinton Foundation had seen the kind of increase in govt sponsorship under a President Clinton. Would you post such rantings and ravings at one of your fellow cons for what would be surely be called out as political corruption ?

Let me answer that for you

We both know you wouldn't.
