Important day in History

Nutty Cortez

Dummy (D) NY
Today, October 31, 2019 is a historic day. The US House of Representatives will hold the first floor vote in the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.
Wonder if Trump is nervous?

:):):)

Why is it 'history'? It was a meaningless vote/show. Pelosi said so.
Because it's not an impeachment resolution.

Why ? It's a Rules Vote

NBC News:

Pelosi said Monday that the House vote on a resolution to formalize the next steps of the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump will not be an ‘impeachment resolution.'

Pelosi was asked by NBC News about the resolution, which she announced earlier in the day, and responded by saying ‘it’s not an impeachment resolution.

ABC NEWS REPORTER: Madam Speaker, can we have you talk about the impeachment resolution?

PELOSI: It’s not an impeachment resolution.

That's not the way I heard it.

Just about all his "employees" are illegals who get $0.25 an hour so just how much is rumpy shelling out for labor?
Got proof of they're all illegals who get $0.25 an hour? No? You're lying again, no surprise here.

President
Our government is broken. They have lost their focus, their purpose, and their charge.

Shame on all of them for allowing this farce. The people are forgotten.
It’s a symptom of the underlying economic system being broken and of the decline of American empire.

The underlying economic system for the most part works just fine. It's some person's inability toeke out the knowledge necessary to leverage it that is the problem in many cases

“The people” is an abstraction that obscures the question of what class interests this or that politician represents.

The hereditary class has to marginalize the Whites whom they take the higher positions from solely because this pre-Capitalist system we have regressed to values birth more than worth.

Aristotle's father died when he was a child. That can't be it. Seems more like Aristotle spent the first 30 some years of his life educating himself. Here we are referencing him still today. Ain't that something

So why is the House of Representitives going to start impeachment hearings next week?

I would love to know exactly what high crimes Trump is guilty of. I've seen none yet.
He has failed to uphold the Constitution. He pledged to uphold the Constitution the day he was inaugurated as President.
1) He violated the Emoluments Clause.
2) He attempted to get help from a foreign government (Ukraine) to dig up dirt a potential political opponent. (Joe and Hunter Biden). He offered the President of the Ukraine military aid for his help; a quid pro quo.
You're welcome.

You're welcome.
1) Someone doesn't understand the Emoluments Clause.
2) Asking Ukraine to "find out what happened" is not a request for dirt.
