He had Pugs running interference for him even though he snoozed through countless pre-9/11 warnings, had numerous embassies and counsulates attacked, lied his way into a war, etc., all resulting in the deaths and maimings of tens of thousands of Americans and the expenditure of trillions of US dollars, and he now sees those same Pugs going batshit because some Muslim crazies killed four of our people in Benghazi.

Well, GWB was always snickering. He was snickering when he joked about looking for the missing WMDs under the furniture in the Oval Office. He was snickering about Hurricane Katrina (and so was his mother). He was snickering about a woman being executed in Texas. He was snickering about torturing our prisoners. He was snickering when he was telling 'fart jokes' in the Oval Office. He had all the emotional maturity of an 11-year-old boy, and a rather dumb one at that. He was Alfred E. Neuman, and he somehow became Leader of the Free World.
