poll question. thanks
I have insurance through my business. I helped a friend, who was previously uninsurable because of pre-existing conditions, get a BC/BS Gold Plan and I pay her premiums. You no longer have to pay higher premiums because of her uninsured ER visits....You're welcome.

According to the White House only 8 mln people signed up for private health coverage. As far as soon we'll get our first taxation for not bying ACA 8mln is not enough. It's just 2.5% of people. And we have 8% unemployed!
We don't have 8% unemployed and your numbers are only from the first enrollment period and don't include the people who have gotten coverage outside the exchanges/Medicaid who could not previously get it....children under SChip, under 26s on their parents' plan, people with pre-existing conditions etc.

The only thing i can say for a respond is
http://www.whitehouse.gov/healthreform
Moreover the most of people who are not having their insurance from their employer are still trying to deny this heath-taxation

The sad thing for us all to this point, is that today's Republican Party and today's redkookian media has been SO reticent to criticize ANYthing Obama does. As CrowToe tells us above, "they's all in cahoots". Alas, today's Fox/GOP looks to be protecting Obama over all of us. Damned Fox/Gops!

GOP always had more power over all sorts of media. So that's quite logic that they promote their interest through different media projects.
Besides, do you really believe that ACA can develop our healthcare system or at least help people become healthier? I doubt it. And that's not because I don't like Obama. It's because ACA is literally a health-tax which doesn't provide anything but corruption and the spread of uneducated doctors

Exactly. when you peel back the layers it's just a glorified money grab with forced government control aka GOVERNMENT SANCTIONED HEALTHCARE.

Not at all upset or embarrassed. It's good and it's working.
No it's not working. the few people on it now are complaining about it. some didn't even want it. so how is it "working"?

If you mean it's "working" by being forced down our throats then yes, it's ALL working. but by it working as a stand alone program with support, it;s not.

*Those that want to believe it's working are more than welcome to be blinded.

*But those of us that know it's NOT working and will force a lot of Docs out of business. know better.

*Recently, one of my family members was denied his VA benefits to have a nurse come by his home since he was not eligible for Hospice care yet. He's not mobile. My siblings inquired about this and they told her it was part of Obamacare as to why they wouldn't sign off on it. but 5-10 years ago, he had a heart attack and the VA gladly sent a nurse to his home everyday for about 5 months until he recovered. So currently, we asked the neighbor to stop by and help him out and we'll pay her instead. fortunately she agreed to help or our family member would die in his home without any assistance from the VA.

HE FOUGHT FOR THIS WICKED ASS COUNTRY AND THIS IS HOW THEY REPAY HIM?!!!

BUT, This is what Obamacare does. incrementaly siphon away benefits and funding, leaving the elderly out to dry while trying to promote Obamacare as a major savings in healthcare.. while the rest of us are none the wiser.

It will be interesting to see if enough of the healthy people they needed to sign up pay enough of their premiums to cover the ACA.

If they cover the cost then I'd say it is a success.

"Trust, but Verify"
under ACA my monthly premium went from 138.00 per mo. with 500.00 deductable to 496.00 per mo. with a 2500.00 deductable..

yep,,it sure wants to save me mo-money!

and next year?

and the next?

Urrr... pardon, but it's different from the theory of socialism. I don't know how it worked in socialist countries, but as an ideology on a paper socialism provides all social programs under contol of government, not under stealing money from citizens
