I don't remember reading anyone of note, suggest that we necessarily AREN'T currently enjoying somewhat of a warming hiatus. I think the upset is more with those who would cite this presumptive hiatus as disproof of the global warming consensus.
well, it's the same old story here dude. The poster lacks sufficient knowledge and understanding of the topic to sort it all out.
The only "hiatus" that has ever been referred to is that of air temps, which is hardly the "globe" in global warming. In terms of the globe in it's entirety, it's not slowed down and is likely speeding up.

What's most pathetic, is that it doesn't matter how many times or in what way this stuff is explained to these flat earthers, they still come up with doozies to showcase all that, like with comments like this "Well, it can't be explained by the overarching C02-based theory.", that prove it.
