I wasn't using "sketchy" to mean dishonest or disreputable. More like - somthing that isn't right, or questionable or iffy. I do not think that he necessarily looks "bad" but he looks like he could be a strange duck, you know, one of those old burn outs raging against Viet Nam, etc.
I don't care if he looks "muslim" or not, that is her deal. I support her refusing to sell to anyone she wants to based on any reason she wants to. Particularly if her gut is telling her something is "off " with someone for any reason. Particularly in her business.

In my experience, old hippies tend to be major werido's who are very angry and disgruntled people underneath a mostly lazy and unambitious exterior. You may think that acknowledging that is bigotry - but rather, I think it is learning from experiences and applying that knowledge to future situations. Profiling to some degree but certainly not bigotry.
