For an average person like me Judge Andrew Napolitano is always a joy to listen to. He almost makes me forget that judges are lawyers:
Napolitano’s piece yesterday was informative, yet it left me depressed:
I am depressed because I know if I could give Judge Napolitano the authority to select 99 more guardians of the Constitution and have them write and implement 1,000 laws —— those laws would not drive the Socialist priesthood out of the government. Socialist priests are so entrenched in the federal government Socialism has become a state religion fully funded by tax dollars.
Instead of more laws I would like to see knowledgeable defenders of liberty formulate just one plan of action that will stop federal government priests from violating the First Amendment.
Finally, the Chicago sewer rat is struggling to find a phrase that will solidify his spiritual leadership the way “I have a dream.” did it for MLK. Neither Taqiyya the Liar nor any of “da reverends” were able to capitalize morally on the diseases coming into this country by presidential decree.
