C'mon folks...liberalism killed Eric Garner

I would assume that if the guy was gagging and sufferring after the choke was released, and throughout the process of cuffing him and getting him into the car, driving him to the station, processing him, etc.. it'd be known.

Meanwhile, you're overall argument is one of completely non-reality.

The truth of our society, like it or not, is that once you get a dirty record, you're going to be treated differently. Ask any judge, official, officer, etc.

So you're asking the impossible question of "did this man DESERVE to die". Well, no. Did the police TRY to kill him? The answer, also, is no. However, the latter you won't admit.
If he died as a result of the choke hold, but lived for an hour and half, I'm sure he'd be suffering. Gasping for air, wheezing, crying. It hurts to think about it. Poor guy.

Repeat....Garner died of a heart attack in the hospital an hour and a half after he arrived!

If you think that constitutes a homicide as the medical examiner loudly proclaimed you are beyond help.

Fortunately a 23 person Grand Jury has more common sense than you seem to possess.
He was rendered unconscious at the scene. You figure his death after he was taken to the hospital was a coincidence unrelated to his violent arrest?

You're creating your own details to make yourself feel better about your position.

I used to work out at mixed martial art gyms and did my share of ground fighting there. People, even very overweight guys, got choked out on a regular basis at times when it was a competition.

None died.

Choking out is not a killing maneuver. You squeeze the neck vessels to cause pressure into the brain to make the person pass out long before the body goes without air for too long and causes brain damage.

Did those guys have ashtma? High blood pressure? Did they have the weight of four grown men on their backs? Or were they fighting one on one?

I'd imagine there were plenty of health problems amongst those. I myself have high cholesterol and sleep apnea.

So now you're saying he was crushed?

Because any guy who has played football (or any girl who has gone to a frat party) has had probably more than four guys on top of them..

The weight of four people no doubt would feel a bit crushing, wouldn't you think?

I must run, Mr. Friscus. It's been nice talking to somebody with lots of medical knowledge such as yourself (snicker). See ya later. P.S. That sure is an ugly avatar.

If this is true (which I doubt) that means the poor man was gasping for breath and suffering for an hour and a half after the attack. How tragic!
That means you don't know anything about heart attacks and how efficient doctors in hospitals are at saving people who have them. Gasping for breath and suffering...geezus!

No, I'm not making anything up. Boca says Mr. Garner died an hour and a half after the attack. I was just responding to that claim.
I didn't say it. ABC News said it that afternoon. Reporters get their information from the hospital. That means it was a spokesperson of the hospital that said it.

I'm thinking they would be pretty sure since they have to fill out the death certificates.

Which of course no one has been allowed to see. For that matter while I can find the Michael Brown autopsy report online, I can't find Eric Garner's.

Why would that be?

Ya think maybe the powers that be, the ones who try to control our minds, would really want the news to get out that he died of cardiac arrest an hour and a half after entering the hospital, or maybe 2 hours after the incident. Much better to stay with the choke hold narrative and persuade the medical examiner to declare "homicide" instead of a "heart attack"

That way they could create some more racist rage in the streets like they did in Ferguson couldn't they?

It is very common for heart attack victims to be short of breath. But, I really don't believe Eric Garner died from a heart attack. He died from the choke hold that Daniel Pantaleo put him in.

So why are you repeating it, if you don't believe it yourself?

Is it your position that he'd have died with or without the choke hold and that dying less than 90 minutes after being attacked by 5 police officers was just an unfortunate co-incidence?

ABC News reported that afternoon that he died from a heart attack 1 1/2 hours after entering the hospital. Hospitals release information to reporters through a spokesman. You don't think reporters make these things up do you? A spokesman from the hospital went on record as saying he died from a heart attack.
