Sgt Staples
Mayor
Here it is at the dealership the day I took delivery when it came in on the truck.
Chrysler wasn't a part of "Guvmint Motors"?....you be kiddin' me! And, a modern Challenger SE isn't a "muscle car". It's just the 2015 iteration of a Crown Vic.Chrysler is owned by Fiat; is a limited liability corporation. The government has no stake in Chrysler and the loan was fully repaid, unlike General motors. AND why should I deny myself what is undoubtable one of the best deals in muscle cars to ever be produced?
First you call ME a liar, say I never bought a 2015 Challenger, and now you are calling me pathetic for still liking Muscle cars and collecting firearms. I also live in a 3000 foot log home on six acres in the blue ridge mountains; guess I'm stupid for doing that too. Sounds like you've got a bit of the jealousy bug up your rectum.
You're foolin' someone for sure, but not me!You are making a fool of yourself again. I have the RT Scat Pack model which is a poor man's SRT. It has the same engine and drive train (6.4 Litre 392 CID Hemi with 485 HP and 475 Ft lbs torque.) The difference is that it has 4 piston brakes rather than 6, cloth rather than leather interior, and doesn't have the variable suspension. I starts around 8 grand less than the SRT. If you look at the wheels on my car, you will find that they ONLY come on the Scat Pack, not on the 6 cylinder SE or the 5.7 Litre RT.

Well..sunny beach. I got myself hung up on your hood and now see that the "shaker" is an OPTION and not one you apparently opted for. I hate to do this....I REALLY hate to do this!....but I'm gonna have to apologize on this one....although....You are making a fool of yourself again. Apology accepted. The shaker hood is a $2500 option and doesn't add one bit of horsepower or performance.Well..sunny beach. As a prior owner of at least half a dozen Fiats, I'm still going to call this one a "pimped out" Fiat and your suggesting that Chrysler was separate from the whole "Guvmint Motors" thing....is lame.
Still....I'm sorry and yours and ain't a bad car for a Plymouth.
Remember this.....I wouldn't have called you out it you'd said you had something like a Hyundai! I'm going to a major collector car auction a coupla months from now, with the intentions of finally pulling the trigger. Alas, I don't have Hemi 'Cuda money, or for me...Boss 429 money.Apology accepted. The shaker hood is a $2500 option and doesn't add one bit of horsepower or performance.
The stock air intake is really pretty good, as it takes in cold air from the grille. I've been a Mopar man all my life, even when Iacocca borrowed money from the government and saved Chrysler . This has no resemblance whatsoever to a fiat. The styling is based on the '71 Scat Pack Challenger. This challenger is faster, by a good bit, than anything they made in the 60's and early 70's. Oh and it's a Dodge. Chrysler stopped making Plymouths a few years back.
Congrats on being forever enshrined as the sorest loser since Gordon Gecko.Well..sunny beach.
