This is the HAARP program, they spray an area and hit it with radio waves and heat up the ionosphere, to move the jet stream around and change the weather. Climate change results. The funny part is the government claims they are geoengineering the cooling of the earth; so how are they cooling the earth? By making artificial cloud cover. (think how much poison that takes!) And then what do they do with that artificial cloud cover? They heat it to 1600 degrees celsius. But that couldn't result in global warming, could it? And after they go out into the skies west of California every day and push the jet stream north to Alaska so no rain falls on California, they say a persistent high pressure ridge has been set up there for a decade... never mind it is a man made high pressure ridge.

Over the past 20 years, HAARP has grown into a global monster of international testing. No one even knows how many stations exist, they are everywhere, from too many nations. Watch a 2015 update on HAARP, they never made a sci-fi flick this scary...

There's no way to know how this "great tribulation" is going to end. There's different ways to read it. Jesus said that except the days be cut short, no flesh would be saved. That doesn't mean that the govt programs will be cut short, they could run to their entirety, kill all but 500 million humans according to plan and the prophecy still makes sense, because the time of the great tribulation is still cut short to half the time of the previous 3 horsemen.

And there's no way to be sure that this program is really intended to kill off the human race; usually govt programs are so stupid, they do most of their damage through clusterfuck... that's where we get the acronym SNAFU. (Situation Normal: All Fucked Up) The great tribulation could be the natural result of all the world's militaries racing to get Tesla's technology. Remember, Tesla gave this to them... but he split it up between five nations (Russia being one of them). Tesla wanted them to develope free energy (JPMorgan snuffed it out, so Tesla sent it to the nations) ... but what do the militaries do with it? build a bio-weapon - of course.

This guy who runs GeoEngineering Watch, he worked for BechTel, he's a bright son-of-a-gun. He personally knows govt officials and even Senators, he comes from the big corporate scene. He's been stonewalled for a decade, so now he has taken to the internet. The situation has gotten so bad that even the sheeple are starting to wake up. Cooking the upper atmosphere is shredding the ozone layer, UV rays are pouring through, and that happens to align with the plagues poured out in the 2nd 42 month half of the final seven years (think early 1930's)... it says men are burned by the sun. That is literally what is happening with UV rays already.

I was so focused on the gigawatt cooking of the upper atmosphere, I never considered that the chaff being sprayed into the skies would end up being the real terror. Tesla taught pulsating frequencies; I was looking for that. It never dawned on me that the metals in the spray could be poured into the skies in such overwhelming quantities as to poison the entire earth. Maybe that was the plan all along? Because that works. Depopulation's #1 hope, and it is a sure fire method; kill everything living and man has to go also! Or maybe this is the mother of all clusterfucks, the unintended consequence of the world's militaries all pushing for the same research at the same time. I think the US military is responsible for 10 million dry metric tons each year, so we are half of it.

Back in the 1970's, men's under arm deodorants had to remove aluminum from their products because it attacks the human system. It builds up also. No one will report on all the species going extinct daily, but try Googling autism rates, that alone should make you wake up. We've gone from one in ten thousand male babies being born autistic to the latest projection; in the near future it will be one in two. That's globally. Right now I think it is one in 23. Aluminum produces that. Aluminum is toxic, it kills crops, it kills fish, it kills birds, it kills animals, it kills mammals too... be them whales, monkeys or men. What is happening right now is called a "tipping point" ... that's when everything in the entire eco-system is dying. Fukushima is part of that. Poisons work their way through eco-systems from the bottom layers up. We already know that. We've never eye-witnessed an extinction epoch, but we figure it works the same way... and that's what we see happening right now.

I see people in videos saying it is 170 species per day. Which means we are in the greatest extinction epoch in the history of the planet. As everything dies, so too will humans. But let's back up a bit. There are four horsemen that start the ball rolling. These are not plagues from God, these are human events, not plagues. So let's look at the four horsemen and see what the humans are doing... on a global scale.

White horse: "FIRST, the gospel must be preached to all nations" Reign of queen Victoria in Great Britain saw missionaries sent to all nations, there are Christians today in all nations because of that. The Bible was translated into every language on Earth. White horse was 1850-1900.

Red horse: World war. The entire planet is at war. Red horse was 1900-1950.

Black horse: Global economics. The rise of one world money. Central banking for the entire planet. Black horse was 1950-2000.

Pale horse: Global death. Global elites begin spraying the entire planet with chemicals. Gotta kill all those humans, cuz we got too many of 'em. Pale horse is 2000-2025. The time gets cut short, otherwise the whole planet dies, but for the elect's sake, the time is cut short. So the spraying gets stopped... after a 1/4 of the planet dies.
