For the life of me, I can't believe why any American would simply accept his/her representative's refusal to answer serious questions about climate change with a childish evasion like, "I'm not a scientist."

That's a cop out on their part to make a reply like that. It's not necessary to be a scientist... all it takes is common sense/observation along with regard for scientific facts. None of the repub presidential candidates believe in climate change either.

I realize none of your fellow progs will call you out on that blatant lie, but aren't you just a little embarrassed to post something like that? Just on a personal level?None of the repub presidential candidates believe in climate change either
Which of the repub candidates believe in climate change?I realize none of your fellow progs will call you out on that blatant lie, but aren't you just a little embarrassed to post something like that? Just on a personal level?
Which of the repub candidates believe in climate change?
I checked two of your links... lol, neither hardly says what you claimed...wanna try again?Jeb Bush:
"The climate is changing, whether men are doing it or not," Bush said, further calling for “policies of adaptation” to prep for its harmful consequences across the country.

Lindsey Graham:
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), an environmentally friendly Republican, has promised to "address climate change, CO2 emissions in a business-friendly way.”
Ibid.
Chris Christie:
“When you have over 90 percent of the world’s scientists who have studied this stating that climate change is occurring and that humans play a contributing role it’s time to defer to the experts.”

That's the just the first three I felt like Googling.
You don't have to lie to get your point across, even if your fellow lefties want you to. Try to be better than that...
LOL. You don't know what "Ibid." means, huh?You didn't include a link for Lindsey Graham.... wonder why
Two repub candidates out of 16, almost believe in climate change, ok, understood.LOL. You don't know what "Ibid." means, huh?
Here, you learned something today:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibid.
There could be more, I only looked at a few. But, you're still not getting the point here. Two repub candidates out of 16, almost believe in climate change, ok, understood.
I do indeed...There could be more, I only looked at a few. But, you're still not getting the point here.
Like most of your fellow progs who are unable to distinguish the differences between illegal immigration and legal immigration, public funds and private funds, and "freedom of religion" and "freedom from religion", you also seem unable to distinguish between "climate change" and "anthropogenic climate change". Do you understand the difference?
It's funny that you post this:I do indeed...
What is Global Warming ?
What is global warming? This is a fair question, as much is written and said about “global warming”. The term is often misused and people tend ask questions like, ‘do you believe in global warming?’ This is a bit like someone asking an economist, whether they believe in inflation. It is difficult to know where to start when answering, What is Global Warming? This is because there are other hidden questions buried in the original one. Many people when asking the first question, are often also wanting to know if the warming is attributed to human activity ( anthropogenic ); are greenhouse gases building up in the atmosphere?; and is the warming something they should be concerned about? The short answer to all those questions is YES!
Climate change has become a big political issue and a great deal of debate continues about the solutions. One approach being considered to reduce global carbon emissions is the idea of contraction and convergence . Under this approach all countries would participate in a global emission reduction with quantified emission targets.
Scientists use “global warming” in a precise way, to mean “a tendency for the globe to warm over a given period”. There is a great deal of scientific study focused on climate change, and the majority of scientists agree that the average global temperature is increasing. Check out some definitions of global warming here.

Do you not see the irony? Or are you legitimately asking whether the Republican presidential candidates believe the climate is changing, irrespective of the cause? Is that what you're asking?Which of the repub candidates believe in climate change?
Obviously they don't believe the scientists and their arguments for global warming...It's funny that you post this:

Shut up. I grew up in the '50s/'60s.High and Mighty Low Life
Americans should never give any credibility to anything preached by these spoiled bossy 60s brats. They are aristocratic snobs and should be deported back to the crumbling castles of Europe where they belong. They are conceited for no other reason than that their Daddies got rich. Their theories are childish, self-indulgent, and ignorant. They are the Nobility With No Ability.
