Bush wasn't "obsessed" with anything....he wanted to overhaul the public school system that turns out hapless doorknob communists much like yourself. Willy bestowed on him a recession, a looming terrorist attack, and a White House full of computers without the "w" key....real mature.
It's true that Bush has never been obsessed by anything, with the possible exception of booze and drugs. He has always been remarkably incurious.
