There are huge social changes going on. There was an article in Drudge today that said sex frequency was down by over 50% as the young folks said it was nothing special. Europe and Japan have both been on a decline curve. Japan, once up to 200 million people is projected to go to 50 million people in the next 50 years, no one wants to get married.
There are all kinds of reasons, but the trend will be a big subject in the history books some day.

Teen birth rate is down, but what of teen conception rate?

I remember a certain feminist saying abortion should be legal, safe and rare.

Are teens using contraception, or abortion as birth control?

I find abortion to be repugnant, but, it has delayed a dictatorship of the Democratic Party.

No doubt abortion is making that teen birth rate drop precipitously.

they're using contraception which they can now get, without a co-pay, under the PPACA. thanks, Obama. :)

day after pills are now covered by health insurance per the PPACA. thanks, Obama.

It's my guess, hunch, opinion that the changes brought by the PPACA (aka Obama) forcing health insurance companies to cover contraceptives (especially the day after pill) with NO co-pay....has helped. :)
