Governors typically ask for relief if needed. So either Jerry Brown doesn't, or he refuses to talk to or work with Donald Trump. Either is possible.

I haven't heard anything on the news about Trump being concerned with the flooding in California. We are having serious problems here in certain areas. Shouldn't he at least try to look Presidential and come visit a few of the hard hit towns?

If on the other hand she's heard that Jerry Brown has visited hard hit towns in the state he governs then that would be relevant. Apparently she hasn't or she would have said so before dissing the President of the United States for not flying across the country
