but every now and then something comes up I have to comment on. There are no links here because it's a colossal waste of my time around here. Look it up for yourself

Anyway, a Federal Prosecutor washed up on a Florida Beach the other day . Turns out his territory included Debbie-Wasserman- Schultz's Congressional District. He was a black guy whose head was bashed in. And just the other day Schultz threatened a Chief of Police with "consequences" if he didn't return a laptop computer of hers. I'm assuming the police have her computer as part of some investigation of some kind. They didn't borrow it

With only those two dots to connect, why do you suppose this is going unreported on the national broadcast news considering Macy's dropped Ivanka's clothing line was a bombshell!

The DNC is little more than a crime family at this point.

DNC kills anyone who might spill the beans on their dirty corrupt criminal acts. We have known this for a long time. Nobody has the cajones to touch them. Anyone who tries will end up deader than a door nail because Dems have police, lawyers, politicians and anyone else needed on their side It's a filthy bunch of people.

The corruption is bipartisan; its roots go back to 1947, at least. It became too obvious to ignore in Mena, Arkansas for both parties. (or not)

"During the 1980s, a sometime government agent named Barry Seal led a smuggling operation that delivered a significant amount of narcotics estimated to be as much as $5 billion from Latin America through an airport in Mena, Arkansas.[16] According to investigative reporters and researchers knowledgeable about Mena, the operation had protection from the highest levels of the National Security Council then under the leadership of George H.W. Bush and staffed by Oliver North..."

"Thanks to numerous journalists and members of the enforcement community, the documentation on Mena drug running and the related money laundering is quite serious and makes the case that the government was engaged or complicit in significant narcotics trafficking.

"This includes the various relationships to employees of the National Security Council, the Department of Justice and the CIA under Vice President Bush’s leadership and to then Governor of Arkansas, Bill Clinton and a state agency, the Arkansas Development and Finance Agency (ADFA)"

As soon as they come up with a way to blame Trump, we'll get wall-to-wall coverage.

This Barry Seal cat was briefly portrayed in Narcos on Netflix. The portrayal lines up perfectly with what you just posted- a drug smuggler protected by the CIA. You may find the series of minor historical value here and there. They also go back as far as Nixon backing Pinoche and how that led to Pablo Escobar being such a huge player in the cocaine smuggling business. I suspect you might find it both entertaining and somewhat informative from a political perspective.

The profit margins from criminal enterprises, largely drug dealing, dwarfs that of legitimate businesses. Governments have always used these illegal revenues as slush funds for operations like Iran Contra and countless others. Since 911 these funds have increased exponentially and it hasn't mattered whether Democrats or Republicans controlled the federal government. Trump came in as something of a maverick, but it appears he's adapting just as all his predecessors have since 1947.

Look at the comments in this thread by your friends on the right. Would you say they are part of the problem or part of the solution? That's not a knock on you either.

Part of the problem, @bdtex ?
I don't want to be a place where I am the "problem".
But I'm just wondering. To you, does speaking out against things we consider to be wrong with the nation, or the world make us "part of the problem"? Is it only the Left that gets to do that? And when JO's "pals" (on the right) do it, it's "part of the problem"?

To me, THAT is what the problem is. The Left's determination to shut down whatever they don't agree with.

It's a 'filthy bunch of people.'
Those who murder anyone who threatens their narrative - are worse than "filthy". Don't you agree with that? So yes. Putting it nicely, it's a "filthy bunch of people".

Or are you okay with murder if it involves keeping your specific narrative intact? I know you won't answer but I had to ask.

Perhaps I can fmiamaiill in some of the blanks here:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-05-24/caught-tape-wasserman-schultz-threatens-police-chief-investigating-her-it-staffs-cri

There is something fishy going on with these IT "consultants" used by many Democrats in Congress.
Okay, I looked up some more info on that prosecutor. He worked for the Miami US Attorney. 90% chance down there it was a drug related hit, whereas your link indicated Schultz's issue is, as you say, related to a well known IT consultant.Still don't understand why she would attempt to obstruct an investigation of the guy. Friends or not that's pretty serious.

It may have more to do with what else may be found on her laptop?

The answer is no or 42; your choice.

This is a curious statement: 'I don't want to be a place where I am the "problem".'

You challenged me to answer a question you asked me. That's why I said that.

Then I commented on a strange statement you made.

So you didn't answer my question but chose instead to deem a statement I made "strange".
That's how you operate and it's why I usually choose not to reply to you. I've tried to reach out and be friendly, but you bite my hand every single time. So now, once again... I will choose to walk away. Not from the board, but from you.

I did answer your question: No or 42 - take your pick.

My turn:

Do you think it's scummy to accuse all Democrats, myself included, of being filthy murderers because Boca has a feeling?
