When the CBO uses this to describe who they are I have doubts about them being partisan

And the what happens ? What happens to the children of the poor when they get cancer. What happens to the people suffering from the long term injuries received during a war ? What happens to the elderly who can no longer work when inevitable afflictions of age creep upon them ?
We are going broke and what happens to children of the poor when they get cancer will be on your head for not demanding congress deal with the national debt.

One reason MAJOR for that are these trillion dollar tax cuts to the Von Trumps scams like the GOP is running now.

I don't see that as a tax cut if their tax rate is greater than yours. Everybody pays the same or nobody should pay a thing.

I hear that the tax reform will take care of your concerns so that it is revenue neutral. I wouldn't worry too much because the internet is killing the lie. And if rich people think they can hide the truth they'll be sorely mistaken on a claw back going to the bone. And still if you don't pay the same proportion then you're less of a citizen.

It's not going to be revenue neutral. It's a scam. They are going to repeal without really repealing the ACA and then use that as claim that the tax cuts are revenue neutral. It's just going to raise the debt.

Paying the same rate = massive inequality ... treating unlike cases as if they are equal.

Everybody is equal before the law (supposed to be) and unequal taxation rate is unequal protection under the law.
Unequal taxation = taxation disproportionate to the unequal benefits received from government. If the government serves one class of citizens, and it does, unequal taxation exists when others pay any taxes at all.

The internet is killing the lie. Soon enough all individuals will be treated even more equally.

15% for one and 15% for all is the only virtue in taxation because it represents equal protection under the law.

People are differently abled and so they are not all equal in fact but only before the law. If you're more equal than others or less equal than others is simply the way it is. You have no moral claim on others to be your equals. They are individuals. They are there own selves. If you don't like it that is just too bad because facts are facts.

So ... people are not equal in fact, they are individuals, but the government should tax them all equally without regard to their individual differences?

If you earn $10k or $100k or $1,00k you are equal before the Law and are taxed equally proportionally speaking if you are to all enjoy equal protection under the Law. In the example each person pays more than the next in absolute terms. That is unequal enough.

OK SO SOMEONE WHO PAYS A BILLION IN TAXES SHOULD PAY THE SAME AS SOMEONE WHO PAYS 8000.00 A YEAR>?

Equal protection means, well, equal protection. Everyone should benefit equally from government efforts and their tax assessments should also be equal. That's certainly more difficult to achieve as government gets bigger and takes on an expanding role in our lives. Which is why the founders envisioned a weak central government and reserved most interventions in the lives of citizens for the states. You progressives are the ones who gave us the ever expanding federal bureaucracy. And now you want to complain because the well connected get rich off of your big government policies. What did you expect? If the communist countries all end up operating that way (the well connected getting rich while everyone else gets ever poorer), why would America manage to avoid that outcome?
