NO. The Jewish and the Japanese received compensation within the current time period of their subjugation, not 200 years after. Blacks have received the benefits of living in the US for many years after they were released. Their grand children do not deserve anything.
Enslaved Africans helped to create the great wealth of this country. They didn't receive any benefit from the creation of that wealth. It's only fair that their descendants do.
other than living and benefiting from the great wealth of this country...

Are you kidding? They receive education and opportunities just like everyone else. Not anyone's fault but their own if they decide to become welfare mongers along generational lines. They receive affirmative action which is more than enough.

“Just like everyone else” except that the educational opportunities available to most Black people are inferior to the educational opportunities available to most white people. Just like job opportunities and credit opportunities.
If you think affirmative action discharges the ruling class’s debt to Blacks for centuries of unpaid labor and human rights abuses for profit, can I assume that you vigorously oppose any efforts to get rid of it?
The descendants of enslaved Africans haven't benefited from the wealth anywhere near what they should have.
The net worth of Black families in the USA is a fraction of the net worth of White families. This income disparity is the result of generations of oppression and racism, that began in slavery.

The average white family has nearly 10 times the accumulated wealth of the average Black family ... a bigger racial gap than in S. Africa under apartheid. The opportunity to enjoy the U.S.’s wealth ... much of it created by Blacks’ unpaid or otherwise exploited labor ... is unequally distributed by race.
Slavery was still a race based institution. It doesn't matter if a few Blacks also owned slaves.

I ascribed the responsibility to the ruling class which undoubtedly includes Black people. No one alive in the U.S. today owned American slaves (prison slave labor excepted).
so why do they owe?
if you great grandfather were discovered to have left behind a $100000 debt....do you owe it?
