If Starbucks is like most big corporations, they have a policy against giving recommendations -- instead, they just confirm dates of employment. So, the employee would just find a buddy to give an off-the-record recommendation, while the corporate office would blandly confirm the dates of employment with no other comment, as they'd do for any other employee, and so it would send up no alarms.

As a general rule, the minimum requirement for restroom facilities is one toilet or water closet for every 30 women and every 60 men.
