Earth just experienced one of the warmest years on record

And records have been kept for what percentage of Earth's existence?
Nearly 200 years. So the chance that the 5 warmest years on record would all happen in the last 5 years by chance if each year has an equal probability of being chosen is about 1 in 2.5 billion.

Somehow I doubt it. If it is cold in the winter it must prove that global warming is a hoax.
Who thinks such a thing? The fact is, earth has had at least three temperature spikes higher than the current one within the past million years alone. All decreased on their own- no Al Gore, no corporate welfare etc.

Nonsense.

How many distinct ways are there to choose 5 things from a collection of 200?
Lets see......

There's 200 choices for the first one times 199 for the second one times.....

200*199*198*197*196 = 304,278,004,800

The climate at the time changed over the course of thousands of years because of variations in the Earth’s orbit, and now it is changing over the course of decades because of greenhouse gas emissions and deforestation. When temperature spiked 125,000 years ago sea levels were high enough to put New York City underwater. By 2100 on a current-emissions scenario it will be hotter than it has been for 50 million years.

Yeah, the part of physics that cannot be proved...
The point of science is that nothing can ever be proved once and for all ... everything is subject to revision based on evidence. However, greenhouse warming has about as much experimental verification as a spheroid earth.

It's easier to teach a Labrador retriever nuclear physics than explain science to a conservative. The stupid runs far too deep on the right.

Conservatives have to deny science because they have to hide the reality of what it is they’re defending.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.

Actually no, it doesn't. The fact is that there is plenty of scientific research that suggests that the vast majority of warming is due to sun:

You wouldn't know science if it hit you in the head.

You are a comical little child screaming that the Earth will end in 12 years because a schizzo democrat said so.

I got news for you retard, if the Earth is going to end in 12 years I do believe that it's time to start building space ships, or we all die. Her plan is what?

It's all straws fault...
