It’s official: Trump orders McGahn not to testify

Bugsy McGurk

President
And Trump’s fixer, Baghdad Barr, fully goes along with it, concocting the theory that McGahn has “immunity” preventing him from testifying before Congress.

This is all going exactly as I predicted ever since Barr released his 4 page hackjob letter grotesquely distorting the findings of the Mueller report - a complete Trump stonewalling of Congress. Absolute lawlessness, and tie things up in the courts as long as possible.

Don't worry. I hear Mueller has Trump on "classic obstruction of justice". Oh wait a minute. That didn't work out so well, did it?

Hello? Have you read Volume II of the Mueller report. It’s chock full of textbook obstruction of justice.

Not on Fox Noise though, eh?

Hahaha! It was a Janet Reno decision that set that precedent! Duped again, Two Scoops! LOL!
There is no precedent for Trump’s complete stonewalling of Congress. Even some Republicans in Congress are starting to balk. But Trump can always depend on you loyal zombies to defend his lawlessness.

Janet Reno, Bill Clinton's fixer, set the precedent for the very act you're getting hysterical about now, Two Scoops. Your own link covers that. You got duped. Again.

You'll have to get me up to speed on what's on Fox News. So with a two- year investigatin and all this evidence, what do they need McGahn for? And why should Trump cooperate?

Who says there needs to be precedent for ANYTHING?

Your lying is not up to your usual standards. Trump needs better than that to pull off his lawlessness.

Congress needs McGahn to fulfill its constitutional duties. But seriously - why pretend you care about the details? You support any and every instance of Trump lawlessness as he seeks to avoid accountability for his crimes.

What lawlessness? What crimes?

A fair number of Republicans are starting to object to Trump’s lawlessness and claims that he is “immune” from congressional oversight. Your extreme Trump sycophancy blinds you to our laws and norms. Our Constitution does not envision a king who is beyond the reach of the other branches of government.

Trump was just subject to another branch's investigation for two years, so I'm not sure what you're whining about. But hopefully it gives you some peace.

Insanely ignorant. The Special Counsel investigation was within the DOJ - the executive branch. And Trump’s stooge Barr pissed on the Constitution and lied about its results, with Trump and his lackeys claiming “case closed.”

Well, you have the full report. Nancy has the gavel. So stop whining like a little bitch to me and set your sights on your own pathetic party leaders

As you know, Trump’s lawlessness is designed to impede the House investigation you yap about. And you’re good with that, right?

Check your own link, Two Scoops. You got duped. Again. Now why are you so opposed to Clinton's Attorney General's precedent?
The Clinton presidency established a precedent for Trump’s claim of immunity from Congress? You seem to have “forgotten” about Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate, BJgate, etc.

You’re so darn “forgetful.”
