Blacks chose no such thing. They have no choice but to live miserably since they simply don't have the brains to get good jobs and take care of themselves. Most blacks can't read or even tell time. All they can do is crime and welfare and makework affirmative action jobs.

Writing was independently developed by the Sumerians (who were Black), Egyptians (who were Black), Zapotec, Mikmaq, and Chippewa. Africans and Americans didn’t invent the wheel only because it was introduced from outside before that could happen.

Why would anyone choose heroine addiction or being a drop out, but ti happens, especially when you have someone constantly telling them that they are owed a place in society where the rest of us have to earn one.

They did, just like the trumps chose to be rich. You think for a minute, anyone of them could get out of their situation any time they wanted to with a decent education and the motivation to leave. Instead they have high crime, rampant poverty, children out of wedlock, and high drug addiction rates. No one is forcing them to stay.
