Superior students don't need an adversity score. Their SAT score alone would show them as a superior student. The only reason to have an adversity score is to legitimize racism.

The adversity score proves you wrong. Add to that the amount of laws surrounding dealing with minorities in the workplace. Frankly, if I were presented with 2 resumes, I would go for the non-minority first just because having a minority employee opens you up to all kinds of hassles that, to me, would just not be worth it.
Yes, I'm aware of the 200 year old meme about white racial superiority. Of course, that was back in the day when Phrenology and Fortune Telling were big things and women were considered to be too stupid to hold a job.
All humans are 99.9%+ identical genetically. The differences you are making such a big deal about are like trim on a car and the paint job.
The main differences between these two Ford F150s are cosmetic and that one only thinks it's superior because it's compensating for a weak ego.
It took them almost 200 years. Why? Did they have to breed with English and Germans to achieve intellectual parity with smart whites? Heck, the English didn't even consider either the Italians or Irish to be "white".

The question is, if all of these groups did integrate, why couldn't blacks? And, for the record, today "Englishmen" are called crackers and white devils. Does that mean Englishmen didn't integrate?
Some are. The problem is that blacks were held back for another 40+ years by slavery then Jim Crow. To fairly compare them to the Italians and Irish you need to give them another 100 years.

And yet most of us moved passed it. yet, to this day, through actions like this adversary score, we are still saying that blacks don't measure up.Some are. A good point; blacks moved faster in terms of years than Italians or Irish. We still haven't elected an Italian President. Is it because they are not as smart or electable? Inferior genes? OTOH, they make great gangsters. For that matter, Irish make great criminals too, especially in Boston.

I think Kennedy was Irish Catholic. I don't think I have ever seen an American from Italy run for president. We haven't had an Asian president either. I don't think most people would have even thought of it. It wouldn't be a hindrance for me at all so long as they had the right platform, but I do wonder how well received an American from Asia would be?
I disagree completely. Giving people with poor upbringings equal opportunity in education will help them be successful. Successful parents are more likely to raise successful children. Generations down the road, we will organically have a more capable workforce.

No. He didn't choose to be born rich. He just was. Just like a black kid from the projects didn't choose to be born poor, black, and in the ghetto with the bad schools, and high crime.
If both Trump and a black kid started in the same place with a , in rich daddy, in a good nieghborhood, put through the best schools, handed 400 million dollars etc. Do you still think the black kid would end up worse off?
If Trump was born in a project, to a poor family in a high crime nieghborhood with bad schools and a skin color that meant he was discriminated against in all kinds of ways, where do you think he would be now?

If Trump had the kind of training that he did growing up, but came from the projects, I think he would at least be a multimillionaire today. If a black kid was born with enormous wealth but had the training and attitude of your average inner city trained black kid, then I suspect he would be sitting in jail on drug charges.
