I support the Libertarian party over all others but it needs to "mature" in terms of gaining more experienced leaders. I think it will grow best in local and state elections before tackling national elections. Trump is for Trump, he's neither a Republican nor a Libertarian. If he resigns, it will be the Republicans since they are in the best position to take over.
Do you support the Republicans taking over or the Democrats? Obviously it's not going to be the Libertarians, so let's keep it within the realm of reason, not fantasy.

Two thoughts to answering your question: Because 1) Trump says so much negative stuff such as lying about others and self-aggrandizing bullshit and 2) because he kicked off his campaign by attacking both the media in general and CNN in particular. MSNBC is far more LW than CNN but Trump has a hard on for CNN. Why? Why doesn't Trump care about the LW-soaked infotainment on MSNBC?

So CNN taking insults and criticism is why the news is bad? That makes a lot of sense.
Great jobs numbers, booming economy, low crime rates, less wars... CNN tells you the job the president is doing is more than 90% negative?
Seems by deeming a news network has a thin skin and slants the news negatively in response is more of a conspiracy theory than I even proposed.
But hey, someone’s gotta carry the water and rationalize how their thin-skinned partisanship actually passes for news. Thanks for stepping up in that role anyway.
CNN is the answer to that too.
