What does skin color have to do with anything?

well... apparently everything, if you’re a Democrat.

Some examples: “As race dominates the political conversation, 10 white Democratic candidates will take the stage” (the Washington Post); Mr. Trump’s rally audiences are “overwhelmingly white” (multiple sources); your son’s “whiteness is what protects him from not [sic] being shot” by the police ( Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand ); white candidates need to be conscious of “white privilege” (South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg ); “white supremacy manifests itself” in the criminal-justice, immigration and health-care systems ( Sen. Cory Booker ); “ Michael Brown was murdered by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri” ( Sen. Elizabeth Warren ); whiteness is “the very core” of Mr. Trump’s power, whereas his “predecessors made their way to high office through the passive power of whiteness” (Ta-Nehisi Coates in the Atlantic)

Sad that a political party thinks they can only win by bringing race into everything when racial problems continue to get better.

Racial resentment, skin color, has been used by the Republican party since their Southern strategy.
Republicans used the dog whistle.
Trump uses a bullhorn.

How are they getting better?
I just don't see racism as I travel the country and interact with people from all walks of life and colors.

I only see it on CNN when they pull some rare event and make it out to be the norm which it is not.

The media is controlling many on this message board who must not get out in the real world.

CNN, FOX, and MSNBC are cable political talk show channels with extreme left and right wing bias. They are not news or meant for moderate or normal Americans. The Extreme left/right should be condemned and the Fringe left/right ignored, so the rest of us can work together.

I know.....you don't see racism or know what it even is.

So they acknowledge racism exists rather than pretending it doesn’t and letting white supremacy proceed unchecked?

It keeps us divided by race and class, which allows democrats to manipulate the racial groups they want to exploit.

If we all thought of ourselves as Americans, the democrat party would wither and die.
Discrimination divides us by race too. And pretending discrimination doesn’t exist doesn’t make it go away.

According to the late Dr. Martin Luther King nothing. He said what matters is the content of one's character. But he was a Republican not a Democrat. Polar opposites.
He was a self-described socialist who was “not inextricably bound to either party.”

And he talked about race and white supremacy ALL THE TIME, including in the very speech to which you are referring.

I see people of all colors being friendly, polite, and nice to each other, helping each other, being friends, lovers, spouses, mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters.

Problems only exist within the political and liberal elites and their sheeple followers, and the leftist media.

The rest of us get along just fine.

Jealous minor-league scientists are incapable of inventing anything. Instead of humbly feeling guilty about their own fake status, they egotistically get even by claiming that all those who did create technological progress ruined Earth's atmosphere in doing so. These minor-league academic eunuchs want their superiors to feel guilty.

It wasn’t “prog” I was referring to. It’s the term “white guilt”. This is a term used to try and make white people feel like they can’t vote democrat without being a sell out to their race. Same with the term “Uncle Tom”. This is trying to bully black people into thinking they can’t vote R without it being shameful because of the color of their skin.

Funny how to you, one is okay and the other isn’t. It’s very ignorant of you. Edited
The Deep State Is Privately Owned

Our mind-crippling education forbids analogies. For example, in opposition to Ayn Rand's glorification of investor parasites who get rich off the creative inventors they employ, I posted with the username "Prometheus Shrugged." The dumbed-down posters thought I must be a supporter of Rand's mirror-image of Stalinism. Changing the mythological reference from Atlas, a dumb hulk who only exhibited brute force, to Prometheus, who brought firemaking and all other benefits of intelligence to mankind, went over their bowing-to-the-Masters heads.

In fact, in our time that description might also be misinterpreted as saying that Rand is a Communist. But, if the unsuspecting victims of the education mandated by the private-sector rulers could think a little, they'd realize that a mirror-image, though reversed from right to left, is just as ugly as what she claimed to be the alternative to her ideology.
