the genesis of civilization

I'm thinking all these events fit together. I'm looking at the texts and the various sciences... I'm not hung up on some ridiculous "young earth" concept, that was never much more than poor scholarship. The planet is still coming out of the dark ages, but we are starting to piece the puzzle pieces together. Genesis is one piece of that puzzle.

You know what strikes me, when I read Genesis? The way God just lays out what to do, as if it was no sweat... and Noah knocks it out, with no complaints. In reality, this could have been a plan of action for the entire region of the world where Noah lived, and the story might very well have originally intended that only the people who built arks survived the flood that walloped that area. The story is told in past tense.
There is a lot about these Old Testament stories that we simply cannot understand since we weren't there and event he writer .......wasn't there. I enjoy reading your thoughts because they are very similar to thoughts I have always had.

The story is told in past tense.
Now, think about this; if the whole region was super high tech, and industry flourished, and there was space travel and they knew about this planet Nebiru and its moons (which they did) and the entire earth was connected seamlessly for information; plans of action would have been put in place for entire regions. Egypt was completely abandoned; the entire region moved upland (south) into Nubia. Every island in the oceans would be evacuated. And this - no doubt - highly populated area living south of the Black Sea would need to preserve their animal life; so they had everyone build giant arks, to ride out the water and no doubt they were packed with extended family, and if everyone brought a male and female of the local wildlife, the area could be reseeded. These arks might have been used over and over.

God talking to Noah = the global intelligentsia informing the region how to survive the coming floods. That myth got retold for 8 millenniums before we could obtain an original copy. That the story survived at all is a miracle. It not only survived, it was close enough to the truth to be useful as another piece of the puzzle, in unraveling what happened to the thoroughly advanced and connected global civilization that was pre-flood.

So, if the Arctic ice cap was half again larger than it is today...
and if that ice cap was located on an earth spinning in the same gravitational radial sent out by the spinning sun...
and if that earth was struck by a small moon, knocking the spin out of alignment with the sun's gravitational radial...
and if the old Arctic ice cap ended over Ireland and Great Britain...
then the whole of northern Africa used to enjoy a latitude about where Europe is today...
and if latitudes changed so fast that the whole of Siberia froze fast enough to flash freeze 2 million mammoths...
then the whole of northern Africa suddenly found itself quite close to the equator.

Ozymandias
By Percy Bysshe Shelley

I met a traveller from an antique land,
Who said—“Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. . . . Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed;
And on the pedestal, these words appear:
My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings;
Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.”

I LOVE that poem.

Okay, here is some fun. Ready?

Would if I told you that the world of Islam has faced the wrong direction for prayer (5 times a day) for well over a thousand years?

I learned so much history from that video. Also, what on earth was so holy about any place on earth? To man, maybe, but to God? Reminded me of that verse when Jesus was talking to the woman by the well...

Gospel of John chapter 4:
19 The woman said to Him, “Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet.
20 Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship.”
21 Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Days....go look up this series of books about the genesis of civilization. I have them all and read them in sequence. I think you will love them.

If you read up on Vardis, you will see that he is a serious author and scholar, this is his life's work.
Looks like the paradigm I'm stepping away from in this thread. I'm curious what his take was on the Valley of Vision.

There is a lot about these Old Testament stories that we simply cannot understand since we weren't there and event he writer .......wasn't there. I enjoy reading your thoughts because they are very similar to thoughts I have always had.
You made a key point, but I missed it because of the typo... yeah, not only were the writer(s) of Genesis not there, they were no where close to there. What we miss today is the atmosphere it was written in... those people would have been familiar with the various myths of the land; they would have known that the writer(s) were borrowing from the 7-day creation myth and from the book of Enoch, they would have read the text the same way you read me, you can see what my commentary is touching on, you know the scriptures I'm skipping through; without that, my writing makes no sense. It was the same for that writing; it wasn't prophecy, it wasn't even history, it was a story; like a bedtime story, except in those days, stories were high entertainment, stories were the backbone of their culture. Those stories were the equivalent of worshiping the gods.

Did you pick up on the way the nomads of the middle east would pay homage/worship the gods of the region as they passed through? The shrines with shapes were the same as the temples with idols; the gods of the region had to be respected. So as you traveled, you paid your respects to the gods that inhabited each region. This was what Mohammed was asking from all of Islam; pay your respect to my god in my shrine... 5 times a day. This was a common practice throughout the world, so it made perfect sense to the house of Ishmael to do so. To the Nabateans, Jesus was the god of other regions. When they come in contact with Jesus, they pay their respects... when in Rome, do as Romans do. This was their mindset. The thing is... it was the same mindset throughout the planet; it was the common faith, everyone believed that way. The old testament Jews had the same mindset. It was only the Jewish prophets who tried - in vain - to get the people to see that their God was one God and their Lord was one Lord, that the whole spiritual world was directed by this one God. So, there was no choice, you couldn't choose which God you wanted to serve, because their was only one God. Mohammed delivered the same message. It was never a denial of all the gods of all the regions, it was always an acknowledgement of them; but it presented the idea that all the gods were housed in one household - all the spirits/angels came from the same source - there was one Spirit that flowed through and ruled over all of them. Mohammed was very definitely pointing at the God of Abraham; and he would have seen Jesus as belonging to the same spirit.

John 14:1

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

Let this be a lesson to all you ants: ideas are very dangerous things. You are mindless, soil-shoving losers put on this earth to serve us!
(Hopper in "A Bug's Life")

There was a purge. All knowledge was destroyed. And this was not done innocently, out of stupidity, it was done deliberately, in order to maintain the masses locked into religious systems .... systems based on the common faith ... systems that were in and of themselves, not bringing the faithful to any knowledge of God ... so it was necessary to keep the masses in the dark. The common faith was fighting back against this holy spirit thing that was empowering the individual. In the common faith, only the elite were educated. Then along came Jesus and the masses were suddenly learning to read and write... and think for themselves. And people were falling away from the common faith, neglecting the holy places, ignoring the shrines, failing to worship the gods. And this was a big concern, the Roman Senate had offices that were in charge of making sure the masses faithfully paid homage to the state gods, lest the state suffer the wrath of the gods.

Rome never converted to Jesus, the state absorbed the Christian faith back into the common faith and forced the masses to go back to the state worship services of the common faith. Then they destroyed all knowledge so that that holy spirit thing never sprung up again. At the same time, Islam joined in, destroying everything except the Quran. After all the books were burned and all the knowledge was lost, then they tried to go back and learn some of the math and science that they had use for.

There was a purge. And then a cover-up. And the cover-up is still ongoing.

Our sun has a binary twin. Why is that important? Because it is the way we keep time. The precession of the Ages is the result of the 24,000 year cycle of the sun's dance in heaven with its binary twin. Stars revolve each other. Gravity. Space. Time. Concepts that have been snuffed out by the cover-up, concepts that have been warped by modern day scientists. Concepts that you are not allowed to understand. Time and history have been erased. Nothing to see here, nothing to study, nothing to understand, these are not the droids you are searching for, move along.

A professor of what history? The history they want you to believe? The little bit that is allowed so that you can function as a mindless soil-shoving loser, put on the earth to serve them?

The destruction of knowledge by the Catholic church is rather known, but the performance of the same by Islam was a wake-up call to me. (Wooley, it was in the last video I posted...)

I honestly do not believe that the Vatican has anything secretly tucked away in its vaults. I think it was lost. We had to stumble upon the technology that we have and the technology we have is not the same as the technology man had before the flood. That's why we haven't figured out the pyramids yet, that's why we don't have a satellite in polar orbit, that's why we have time and space and gravity so screwed up... the knowledge was destroyed; whatever knowledge was there, and we don't know if the high technology and knowledge of sciences survived the flood only to be destroyed by religionists or if the flood wiped everything out or if the flood wiped out a lot and the religionists destroyed the rest... I suspect the latter.

What I've been trying to do for the past 20 pages of this thread is explore what evidence we still have on this earth that might shed light on what happened to mankind 12,000 years ago. I've come this far; I'm sure that the classical history being taught by academia is wrong, that it is based upon conclusions of 19th century archaeologists and it didn't investigate the ancient evidence; in short, it completely didn't know what to look for, so it found nothing.

There was a purge and a cover up. The purge may have eliminated technology and knowledge preserved by mankind before the flood. You have to figure there was about 5000 years there where civilization was either destroyed or under water or both, so the technology and knowledge not only had to survive the flood, it had to survive those 5000 years afterward, and then you don't know who might have destroyed what along the way for 10,000 years. What we can see is that mankind, coming out of the dark ages, had to discover anew all the technology and knowledge we have. Maybe we secretly built flying saucers utilizing writings in the Vedas, but even then, we had to figure out how to make them work.

Not knowing if space is an aether or not.
Not knowing how time is kept.
Not knowing the record of time.

Those might not seem important but if you lose your compass, you are really lost. There is a knowledge of the Ages, and the condition of man in those Ages, to be found in the Vedas. But the record that the knowledge was based upon is lost. If we had the record, if we knew how long man has been living on this planet, and if we had more than a few sentences of myth to explain how we were created, and if we had some kind of record of what happened during all those Ages... I think mankind would be a whole lot more stable and we wouldn't see the need to go to war over any plausible excuse, maybe our nations wouldn't be so infantile and greedy; the sad truth is, there is still a land grab going on, we may have run out of land to grab, but the mentality is still there; NEW Found Land, NEW Earth, NEW World... that's how Europe saw the rest of the planet, when in reality, nothing was new... but because we were coming out of darkness, and we had lost our compass, it was all new.

Modernity is marked by a tendency to fast, fluid, and superficial experiences. Its nature is contrary to long focus and consistent effort in the pursuit of anything. Therefore, modernity isn't fit for eternity. Thus, recent generations care little about honest history (the past) and nothing from this generation will endure (the future). When the peoples of the future, reading about the history of the world, come to our lifetimes, there will be few pages about the present generations. "They didn't learn, didn't care, and did nothing worth mention" would about sum it up.

How odd it seems to me that people seem to be moving toward everything in the short term. Instant gratification....... but it doesn't have to last because the person instantly gratified will quickly tire of it and move on to the next instant gratification.

Why?

Is it just what technology has brought? Or is it something deeper than that?

With this mentality, it's no wonder young people don't care about truthful history or any history. It is something that just doesn't matter to them and probably never will.

Generation after generation raised in darkness results in a complete lack of interest in the past, along with a complete lack of vision for the present. When I started writing about the last days, the first thing that stuck out was this total darkness we were raised in. Our parents knew absolutely nothing and were completely uninterested in changing that. Generational conditioning.

A lot of solid evidence exists that sheds solid understanding upon what existed and what took place 12,000 years ago... but it is all ignored by modern academia. Search YouTube and you will find scores of videos put out by our fine Universities and every one of them is filled with the notion that ancient ancient man was half ape and lived like an animal in the forests and caves. Tens of thousands of laser cut mines have to be simply ignored to push this fantasy. A couple million enormous magnetrons strewn all over South Africa, magnetrons 6 feet in diameter, not 2-3 inches like the ones commonly found on the market today, all are simply ignored, because the caveman fantasy is the gold standard of academia, they are going to believe it, and simply ignore reality. So what YouTube is doing is walking around academia, ignoring their stupidity, and pushing forward with the real evidence... and real science.

The Grand Canyon is an ancient quarry. Not maybe an ancient quarry, but 100% certain, beyond a shadow of a doubt, an ancient quarry. The scale and skill of the pre-flood generations was way beyond our abilities today and it makes sense that they had that, look at the timeline archaeologists lay out for "primitive man" ... neanderthal existing for a quarter million years up until 35,000 years ago, where upon cro-magnon man took over. For every creature the measure of intelligence has always been the size of the brain; neanderthal man had a 15% larger brain than cro-magnon man. But that rule is simply not followed for neanderthal man because the caveman fantasy is the gold standard and they ignore all reality in order to push it. So think for yourself. Neanderthal man was 15% smarter, without the evil in its bones and existed for a quarter million years... stands to reason they built much greater civilizations. Especially if their lifespans were 1000 years. Modern science has no proof otherwise, but they simply refuse to give up their caveman fantasy. There is tons of evidence that ancient ancient man had spaceflight... the Vedas even contain the designs for building a flying saucer... but modern science would sooner believe in extra-terrestrials than admit that their caveman fantasy is wrong.

This is the cover-up. This is what I'm trying to explain to Wooley. I'm utterly fed up with the caveman fantasy. It is disgustingly stupid and ignores all the evidence that we have of the ancient ancient past. It also gives credit for all the achievements of the ancient ancient past to post-flood generations. So they credit classical civilizations with building pyramids, civilizations who themselves recorded that they didn't build the pyramids, that they stumbled upon them, but damn it, we are going to say they built it anyways, because modern science is in full blown denial of reality, all so they can cling to their caveman fantasy. Did you know there are over 1000 pyramids in China? Care to guess how many of them have digs happening? How about zero. Let's just pretend that a 1000 pyramids don't exist, and simply not talk about them. And there's an obvious reason why they do that... those pyramids are covered with so much earth; roughly 10,000 to 12,000 years of earth, so there's no way modern science could attribute their building to classical civilzations; so, they absolutely ignore the existence of over 1000 pyramids. Reality be damned, we will have caveman fantasy at all costs. Ask me, it costs them any and all respect, I have zero respect for their "learned positions"... they have relegated themselves to utter fools. I have no respect for academia that ignores reality to push a fantasy in direct opposition to the evidence that covers the whole planet.

It might not be a cover up as much as it is just ignorance. Sure there are lots of puzzle pieces, but there are also a whole lot of big gaps with the pieces missing. I doubt there is a person or group of people anywhere on earth right now who have all the pieces and have them put together.

That said, it would be great if the scientific community would be more open about what they do have and would talk about it to those of us who are interested. I'm willing to bet that a lot of young people would latch on to a mystery like this if it were to be put to them.

Our own horrific history starts with the knowledge of Evil being injected into it. And the curse that the first Evil brought to generations since then is unspeakable. Why would a God of love even allow it to go on this long? Is Evil such a foe that (in slowed down time such as we are in) there hasn't been enough time to get rid of it? Why was it allowed in the first place?

I am not sure we could even begin to understand what happened before our own era until we can make some sense out of the era we are in right now.

Make no mistake, academia is attaching their caveman fantasy to Cro-Magnon man and this they do freely admitting that Cro-Magnon man could speak the same as Cuomo Sapiens, and really, the term Cro-Magnon is just being applied to Cuomo Sapiens that existed 40,000 years ago. It is a straight forward idea that man began as an ape, and still was not "civilized" until 6000 years ago.

In order to push this fantasy, there is a very definite cover up going on. They know about the technology and machinery that had to exist to produce 30,000 stone vases found in the Giza pyramids, those artifacts were turned on a lathe, and their hardness is #7 and #8, so they were cut with diamond cutting tools, and they know about the ancient diamond mines, but since they also know that classical Egyptians didn't have those tools, they flat out cover up the truth and push a total lie that everything was done by the classical Egyptians. The classical Egyptians had copper chisels - #4 hardness - they are pushing a total lie, you can not create a rose granite vase with a copper chisel, no matter how many copper chisels you want to destroy you will never scratch the hard stone. The vases were turned on a lathe with diamond cutters, they know that, but they won't admit it, because it destroys their caveman fantasy. It isn't ignorance, it is outright lies to cover up the evidence they possess and know damn well to exist.
