California is doing great. Sure we have high real estate costs but it's not our fault. People from all over the nation and world move here because it is paradise. Cram them all against the coasts and prices will go up. The interior is still low cost if you can stand living there. Our only real problem is water and water law. At some point we will have to redraw water regulations and take over all running and underground water systems centrally. There simply is no reason we should not address a system that was created in the late 1800s. Water is money here.

it is working in Cali as intended by the freedom hating dems.
