Bugsy McGurk
President
The “transcripts” lie again? Shameless. You really don't understand how this works. And yes, the transcript of two calls have been released. You know that as well as I do.
P.S. Your dodge is noted. Quite telling.
The “transcripts” lie again? Shameless. You really don't understand how this works. And yes, the transcript of two calls have been released. You know that as well as I do.
Yup. Sondland discussed the matter with Trump on numerous occasions, and that’s his understanding of Trump’s position."As I understood it"
Yep, solid testimony there...from what I understand
Actually, Trump told him that he wanted NO quid pro quo. Sondland's testimony is inconsistent with anything that he claims he was told.Yup. Sondland discussed the matter with Trump on numerous occasions, and that’s his understanding of Trump’s position.
And that will stand unrebutted unless Trump testifies. Which he won’t, because he’s guilty.
You really should give that canard a rest. That’s what Sondland said Trump said after the extortion scheme was revealed. Just another defendant telling the cops he didn’t do it.Actually, Trump told him that he wanted NO quid pro quo. Sondland's testimony is inconsistent with anything that he claims he was told.
So Sondland is lying too.You really should give that canard a rest. That’s what Sondland said Trump said after the extortion scheme was revealed. Just another defendant telling the cops he didn’t do it.
Actually, I don’t think so. When Trump knew the jig was up he tried to cover his tracks by lying. No sensible, honest person gives Trump’s denial at that point any credence. At that point he was just another defendant denying he did what he did.So Sondland is lying too.
That makes everyone except Schiff and the leaker so far
You're right. The only person to speak to Trump directly was Sondland. And Trump said "I want nothing" will stand unrebutted.Yup. Sondland discussed the matter with Trump on numerous occasions, and that’s his understanding of Trump’s position.
And that will stand unrebutted unless Trump testifies. Which he won’t, because he’s guilty.
Except for the massive fart Eric Swalwell cut while he was on TV. Definitely a bombshell for anyone within 25 feet of him.To be brief. Nothing this week was 'damning' or a 'bombshell'
LOL Bugs, your media sources are editing out Sondland's contradictory comments, especially the comments where he has admitted Trump asked for, are you ready? "Nothing".Yup. Sondland discussed the matter with Trump on numerous occasions, and that’s his understanding of Trump’s position.
And that will stand unrebutted unless Trump testifies. Which he won’t, because he’s guilty.
And your proof of Trump "covering his tracks" when he knew the jig is up is.....?Actually, I don’t think so. When Trump knew the jig was up he tried to cover his tracks by lying. No sensible, honest person gives Trump’s denial at that point any credence. At that point he was just another defendant denying he did what he did.
P.S. It is still striking how you have no problem with such hearsay. Sometimes. It depends.
;-)
Of course, Sondland is "in on it", right Bugs?So Sondland is lying too.
That makes everyone except Schiff and the leaker so far
Do you just make shit up or do you get the shit you post from other maroons who make it up. The idiot, Sondland testified, during Adumb Shitt's kangaroo Court, that no one told him that. He said he presumed it.What should happen is that they subpoena Giuliani and Pompeo...let's figure out who told Sondland that the way for Ukraine to get the aid was to announce that investigation.
I'd also subpoena the State dept and Pentagon lawyers about their finding that Trump had illegally put a hold on the aid.
While nothing Trump has done may rise to actually writing up articles of impeachment...they could still issue a reprimand or censure for his actions. What could be worth passing to the Senate is Trump's tactics to obstruct congress as well as an illegal hold on appropriated funds.
Well, now, Bugsy, there's a very good reason this Most Damning Testimony isn't getting any press. One of the central Trump/GOP talking points, no matter how laughable, was that Trump demanded Ukraine investigations because he was concerned with corruption in Ukraine.
Well, Sondland’s testimony puts the kibosh on that hooey:
SCHIFF: And in order to perform that official act [a meeting in the Oval Office], Donald Trump wanted these two investigations that would help his reelection campaign, correct?
SONDLAND: I can’t characterize why he wanted them. All I can tell you is this is what we heard from Mr. Giuliani.
SCHIFF: But he had to get those two investigations if that official act was going to take place, correct?
SONDLAND: He had to announce the investigations. He didn’t actually have to do them, as I understood it.
Got that, sports fans? Trump didn’t care about the results of “corruption investigations.” He didn’t even care if they did the investigations. For his purely political, corrupt reasons, the only thing important to him was that such investigations be announced by the Ukraine president.
So much for Trump’s “concern about Ukraine corruption.”
Guilty!

1. Trump is a lying sack of shit. Why would Sondland ask the question in the first place? Why did Bolton say he wanted no part of it?Well, now, Bugsy, there's a very good reason this Most Damning Testimony isn't getting any press.
You see, Sondland, being an idiot, notwithstanding, actually told the truth, and the Liberal press cannot deal with truth. He testified that when he asked Trump what do want from Ukraine? Trump replied Nothing, then went on to say that he wanted Zelenski to do what he had run for office on, cleaning up the corruption.
Sondland then testified that he, Sondland, had presumed that Trump had attached a QPQ to the deal.
You clowns do realize that the Obama administration didn't give Ukraine one red cent in military aid, don't you? No, I didn't think so.
Trump was reluctant to give the money to Ukraine because of their history of corruption. That's why he held it up until the congress urged him to go on with the deal. I suppose the Democrats in congress wanted to help Hunter Biden keep his job.
