High Majority of voters in NC voted for Voter ID, fed judge proved voting is useless now days and why is it you think blacks are so stupid they don't know how to get ID's?
The fact that people who can’t get any ID have a lot of obstacles in their way is not a legitimate reason to put obstacles in the path of voting by people who can’t get one of the very specific forms of ID (chosen after determining which choice would maximize the racial disparity in opportunity, which is why it was struck down) required to vote.

It’s not about intelligence or competence, it’s about opportunity to get one with reasonable effort. It is a fact, established by countless investigations that (as intended) Blacks are less likely to be able to get one of the very specific kinds of ID required for voting (which might require getting birth certificates and other documents at your own expense, taking a day off work, getting transportation to go dozens of miles to the nearest office, and weathering threats of violence by people who would rather not see you vote), and you have to do it again every time you change address, which Blacks on average do considerably more often than whites due to discrimination. But poor whites have their votes taken away by these laws too.

My state requires an ID to vote. The last election all the poll workers asking for my ID were black women!

You can use a nursing home ID card with a photo on it to cash a check. You can use a driver’s license with a former address on it to cash a check. You can’t use either to vote.

Voter ID laws, especially in former Jim Crow states, are restrictive and intentionally so. For example, it was proved in court that in N. Carolina they had studied which sorts of ID Blacks were least likely to have and made those the only IDs acceptable for voting purposes.
Can you use a driver’s license with an old address to cash a check? Absolutely. I know, because I do.
And you can use it to vote, too. That's what you are lying about.
