WELL THIS PART OF THE DAILY INFOMERCIAL IS YET ANOTHER LIE -#GREATESTLIARINCHIEFEVER!

AND YET THE SOCIALIST BASE STILL DEFENDS HIM..........WELL A FEW STILL DO............THE REST SAID SEE YA, I'M OFF THIS SINKING SHIP

There were 1,300 direct flights to 17 cities before President Trump’s travel restrictions. Since then, nearly 40,000 Americans and other authorized travelers have made the trip, some this past week and many with spotty screening.

Since Chinese officials disclosed the outbreak of a mysterious pneumonialike illness to international health officials on New Year’s Eve, at least 430,000 people have arrived in the United States on direct flights from China, including nearly 40,000 in the two months after President Trump imposed restrictions on such travel, according to an analysis of data collected in both countries.

The bulk of the passengers, who were of multiple nationalities, arrived in January, at airports in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Newark and Detroit. Thousands of them flew directly from Wuhan, the center of the coronavirus outbreak, as American public health officials were only beginning to assess the risks to the United States.

Flights continued this past week, the data show, with passengers traveling from Beijing to Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, under rules that exempt Americans and some others from the clampdown that took effect on Feb. 2. In all, 279 flights from China have arrived in the United States since then, and screening procedures have been uneven, interviews show.

Mr. Trump has repeatedly suggested that his travel measures impeded the virus’s spread in the United States. “I do think we were very early, but I also think that we were very smart, because we stopped China,” he said at a briefing on Tuesday, adding, “That was probably the biggest decision we made so far.” Last month, he said, “We’re the ones that kept China out of here.”

The “Trump travel ban” that wasn’t.

BTW, scientists think most US COVID-19 infections in the US came from Europe - likely people who were in China, or were infected by those who were in China. Those people came here from Europe before Trump imposed his half-assed travel restrictions on Europe.

According to you death-cultists, any restrictions on travel would be "racist" and "xenophobic". The result? The DemVirus catastrophe.

according to you Trump-culstists, Donald can do no wrong and the ban on Chinese citizens who don't have special permits or commercial interests in the US was all we needed to do....so is that why we don't have thousands of dead Americans?

Trumps travel restrictions were a sieve. There were already covid infections in South Korea...they were reporting 900 new cases per day in February.

Are you starting to see the problem?

Yes indeed. The problem is you and your fellow death-cultists want as many Americans as possible to die from this pandemic, because you hate Donald Trump.

It all boils down to that.

Every lie you tell, every false rumor you spread, every bit of help and relief you hide from your fellow Americans, is all in service to killing us for your hate.

Just keep making shit up, Melvin. It says more about you than the people you accuse of wanting Americans to die.

But you do want Americans to die. As many as possible. Because you hate Donald Trump much, much more than you can ever love anyone else. And your anti-science crusade is only the start of it.

Jackson and Coker, a healthcare staffing firm, did a survey of 1,200 doctors nationwide and found that 65 percent would prescribe the drug to their family if they were infected with the Wuhan coronavirus, with 67 percent saying they would take the drug themselves:

Sixty-five percent of physicians across the United States said they would prescribe the anti-malaria drugs chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine to treat or prevent COVID- 19 in a family member, according to a new survey released today by Jackson & Coker, one of the country’s largest physician staffing firms.
Only 11 percent said they would not use the drug at all.
Meanwhile, 30 percent of the surveyed doctors said they would prescribe the medications to a family member prior to the onset of symptoms if they had been exposed to COVID-19, a highly contagious virus that causes a pneumonia-like infection of the lungs.
“Working in healthcare, we’ve learned the best way to get a candid perspective on treatment options from a physician is to ask: ‘Would you give this to your family?’” said Tim Fischer, President of Jackson & Coker. “Families across the U.S. – and the world really – want to know what they can do to protect and save their loved ones.”
Jackson & Coker conducted the survey of 1,271 physicians from 50 states from April 4 to April 7. It conducted the survey not to influence the debate in treating patients with anti-malarials but to make sure the voice of physicians is represented. It has a margin of error of +/- 3 percent with a 95 percent confidence level of the doctors surveyed.
