It's well-known that Hitler committed suicide. While Hitler was rumored to have syphilis, a common disease which can produce madness, there isn't any evidence he was afflicted.

The Nazis and the muslims had an alliance throughout WWII and indeed for almost the entire short, pathetic life of the Third Reich.

Hitler spent a considerable amount of time with Amin Al Husseini, who was an Ottoman soldier in WWI and later the head of the World Islamic Congress, which gave birth to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Nazis and radical muslims historically had great admiration for each other. Hitler admired Islam for its violent, anti-Semitic rhetoric, and he admired radical Islamists use of violence, terror and oppression against their targets. Himmler studied the Koran, as well.

There were divisions of muslim Nazi troops in North Africa throughout the war.
