A fascinating thing about GOP Hate Radio....

Bugsy McGurk

The ONLY thing they ever talk about is their hatred of Dems and Dem policies.

NEVER a thing about any positive agenda from Republicans.

Try an experiment, as painful as it may be - listen to a Hate Radio blowhard like Limbaugh or Hannity or Levin for their three hour shows and see if they say anything other than bashing of Dems and Dem policies. See if they tout anything resembling a positive GOP agenda or Romney himself. There will likely be NOTHING but Dem bashing for the entire 3 hours. Their entire shtick is 100% Dem hate.

Amazing.

Same exact thing we see around here right? They don't seem to be able to focus long enough to defend their clown parade.

And GOD knows they don't like Mittens. :D

Exactly. It's 100% cultist hatred, pure and simple. They don't even bother to pretend that they have any answers - they propose none.

Well, you know, we have the "fair and balanced" network that invites both party's reps on.

Then Wallace and the Republican work as a tag team to interrupt the Dem during the 20 seconds out of two minutes that it's his or her turn to speak. They show the Republican close up while he speaks and go to a split screen so you can see the Republican making faces while the Dem speaks.

Same thing on their panel discussion. Britt immediately interrupts the Dem, the camera goes to him making faces while a Dem talks and no one makes a peep while Hume blathers on with his spin.

Chris Wallace is the worst moderator I've ever seen since he took over for Hume....who remains in charge regardless of which chairs they sit in.

The agenda for constitutionalists is a small limited federal govt where most of the political power is local.
I guess that that's the kind of incredibly vague horseshit that keeps the cultists in the cult - makes you all pretend with each other that you are proposing solutions to problems.

Very weird.

Yikes. So-called interviews of Dems on Fox Noise are a subject in and of themselves. Typically "questions" consisting of minutes worth of lies, followed by the Dem saying 3 words and being rudely interrupted by a host who spews even more lies.

The great part about it is, since democrats are in power and screwing up so badly as to be a bad joke, "GOP hate radio" has more than enough to keep them going for hours on end.

worldly would fit right in. Maybe not Rush...but definitely Mark Levin, who does a throwaway line about Romney, but caveats it with lots of Obama hate and "consider the alternative" talk.

As for Rush....he CAN'T praise Romney. Almost exactly one year ago ...he declared Romney's candidacy "over" because Mitt said climate change was man-made.

Don't forget a Hannity "Great American Panel" "debate"....with a 3:1 odds in favor of the Right selection of host and guests.

Well, it IS unfortunate the way "they" seem to insist on acting in such a manner in spite of the multitude of absolutely wonderful examples of a more glowing, constructive, respectful, dare I say it, (you KNOW I do...), LOVING manner in which we should treat those with whom we disagree that you libs treat us all to here, all day and night, I must admit.

This post, point in case..........

So, care to inform us all as to why it is you appear to believe that speaking ill of others is something that should only be acceptable when coming from you libs? Or is this and buggy's post supposed to NOT be seen as speaking of others in a negative manner, as NOT actually being the very thing you two are trying so desperately to feign moral outrage about...........

Thanks for the demo of a hate radio junkie regurgitating empty rhetoric.

You made Bugsy's point.

Hannity is the dumbest, most dishonest motherfukker on Earth. I have no idea who comes in second. His listeners, I guess.

But then, it used to be, when Bush was in office, that dissent was not only preferrable, but our civic duty.

Now it just constitutes hate.

You are a funny lot, I will give you that.

Nah, that's what Hate Radio pounds into your head. Everything has been much improved since the GWB era mercifully ended.

But if things were worse, that would make it even more important for the opposition party to come forth with a positive agenda. But Hate Radio has none. Juds Dem hate.

"Hate radio" isn't made up of policy makers. They are the same kind of entertainer that Maher is on his "real time" show, only a lot more civil.

I agree. This is because modern conservatism was a reaction to FDR and communism. They linked the two in some bizarro world of flags, God, guns and war. Ever listen to Ronald Reagans speech on the evils of socialized health care way back in 1964? Pure hatred for the left. Conservatives define themselves first by what they are not, liberals. Then, they mention what they will repeal. Only then will they mention their future plans which is really about returning to 1890.
