Big time swings over the first half of the year!
When we started, even on the left...
- Most were in agreement that Peaceful protest is important, we need police to protect us, businesses are pivotal to drive our economy so we can help others, and terrorizing innocents in bad.
- Some hated America and white people, but still in the 30-40% radical left category.
- Nobody was talking about Masks and George Floyd (obviously)
Notable Changes
- Police had a slight rise in importance during shutdown, to protect shutdown governors from armed but law-abiding peaceful shutdown protesters. Today, suddenly, they aren't important because not only have they been deemed intrinsically racist, but those they protect are expendable by the city mayors and governors to the violent mobs for political reasons.
- Terrorizing innocents was bad when even the sight of a shutdown protester armed caused leftists to feel threatened. Now, violent and physical terrorizing of a far worse kind is appropriate for a cause.
- Masks: Shutdown protests were deemed as reprehensible in their irresponsibility and recklessness, guilty of causing death due to COVID theories (despite most obeying mask and social distancing measures). Today we've been told Floyd protests, even the most peaceful, can be given a free pass from mask and social distancing because of the cause.
- Businesses became expendable to governors in mansions during shutdown. Today, they have been targeted as a symbol of a racist white capitalist system, which is largely the remaining message now that justice has been done for Floyd.
- We were all united in condemning the officer in the video's actions, demanded justice, and have it in a charge of murder. The value has now predictably dropped as there's no more a legal citizen can do.
