Any of you folks finding that ads on this site have become more intrusive?

Here is what happened. Adsense sent me a piece of code and said add this to your site and it will show the ads in the most opportune places. I added the code, I felt it was too many ads so I removed it. I asked on this forum if people were still seeing too many ads and NOT ONE PERSON RESPONDED so I assumed the ads were no longer showing.

Now today I login to PJ and you guys have started like 3 threads about quitting because there are too many ads yet no one responded to my question about the ads and no one pm'd me saying they saw too many ads.

I am working with a programmer to try and figure out why the ads are appearing when the ad code was deleted. I will let you know when it is fixed.
