Anyone Catch Trump calling his shot in the state of emergency speech?

Yeah, that's pretty much what will happen. I don't think Trump could pass much of anything and not end up in the radical 9th circuit.

The Constitution mandates that states pay contractors in hard currency... no credit, hence, there should be no insurance agents contracted by the state. The ACA did exactly that.

There's always a different perspective and opinion out there. Maybe you should show where there's some settled law defining the criteria for determining a national emergency. Instead of just saying it isn't an emergency in your opinion.
