Blood on the Judges' Shoulders

Jen

Senator
If, after the ruling today, there is one or more terrorist-caused deaths it's on the shoulders of these judges.

If a low-level court can overrule our President, then we have no way to govern our nation.

Trump's action was Constitutional and he will be vindicated. The judges made their ruling political. So be it.

Hopefully there will be no terrorist attacks in the meantime. But since those judges weren't Conservative or Consitutionalist judges, it's doubtful they have a conscience like normal people do so if there are terrorist deaths as a result of their finding, they wouldn't even know how to take responsibility. The hearts of Leftists are stone cold in that respect.

So someone comes here from Pakistan and shoots up a Christmas party...would that be the judges fault?

No, if there is one or more terrorist caused death, it will be on the shoulders of the individual(s) committing the murder. You can't keep judges from doing their jobs and ruling on the constitutionality of EOs by implying they are responsible for other people's murderous intent. No one, "leftist" or otherwise, wants to see terrorist acts. But we are not willing to suspend our constitution because some are terrified of people who practice Islam.

Like that great liberal icon Roosevelt? An interesting question. Why do you ask?
Because it was a case of the president committing an unconstitutional act because he thought he was protecting the country.

He was wrong. A judge should have overruled him.

That's true. When you as president orders an unconstitutional act, it should be overruled.

Trumps moretorum is in no way unconstitutional, however. So if fail to see the relevence.

What a stupid response...You do know Pakistan wasn't included in the travel ban, don't you?
You have no idea what was said. You just blather whatever you want to say at the moment.
That's obvious.
And this response is also stupid.

Why are you changing the subject?
Are you too stupid to know what the subject was?
How about you just deal with the parameters of the post and if you want to broaden out from there find some willing idiot for your exercise. I'm not willing. But I am laughing at how much energy and enthusiasm you put into looking stupid.

Is your train of thought that short? You want to blame any terrorist attack on the judges for overruling Trump. If terrorists from Pakistan commit a terrorist act....it would not have been prevented by Trump's EO in any case.

Happy to help you understand so complex an issue....o_O

Is it automatic with you to start with insults before you engage your brain to evaluate what you just read?

Your post:

Since it seems you don't have a clue as to what the judges were ruling on...It was a ban on travel to the US from 7 nations....none of which are Pakistan. So I asked if you are still blaming the judges if the terrorist was here from Pakistan.....and as far as idiots go...you'll do.

You will have to take it up with the judges because they clearly disagree with you.
