The military judge did the right thing. Bergdahl was tossed out of the Coast Guard because he was a mental case, yet the Army took him anyway. That egregious error on the part of the military, his mental health history, and being held and tortured for 5 years tells us the military judge did the right thing.
Only ignorant, mentally unstable people like Trump would think otherwise.
