Nonsense. There were plenty of communications between Russians and members of BOTH political campaigns.
Get your shit together. What a mess.

Ten years from now the guilty will either still be serving their sentences or have been compassionately exiled and stripped of citizenship which in Obama's case will be the second time. Kenya did so when he turned 22 in 1983.

The possibility of exile might be why the Obama's recently sold their Martha's Vineyard mansion.

    He's not stupid.

Campaigns are ALWAYS in contact with ambassadors and leadership of foreign nations. It’s part of running for the job.
You have ZERO proof of any illegal activities, collusion, bargaining or cooperation between Putin and Trump’s campaign. Zero.

That's what prompted our Intel community to investigate.
    Read the Mueller report.

I figured all of those stupid enough to be Birthers had long since been committed to a nice mental health facility.

As for anyone who violates the law or abuses the powers of their office, regardless of party, I hope justice is served and they do their time. God knows far too many have gotten away with crimes simply because of their political connections.

Geezus....do you not understand that contacts between officials of countries is called diplomacy. And in case of Carter Page his business as an energy consultant may have dozens of Russian contacts himself.

Or is it that your brain's election of view points has been "interfered" with by your news sources...and even worse by your elected representatives?

After two years of it perhaps you should seek out an apolitical shrink.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Your silly belief that Obama could be stripped of his citizenship and banished from the country.

Yeah, Schiff refers to it as a "cover-up." How is releasing evidence in any way, shape or form, a "cover-up?"

That's a nice description of the CIRCUMSTANTIAL case for the "investigation." A pretty weak one at that.

I don't know about you but I want our government to have more than (weak) circumstantial evidence before launching an investigation of a POTUS.

First You cry about the Mueller report and it's lack of Transparency

THEN the Mueller LESS redacted report is available AND NOT ONE DEMOCRAT READS IT

THEN these documents will be unsealed - and we cry again ??!?!?!?!?!

What are we afraid of. Unless this cooks our goose !

The Mueller Report (which cost MILLIONS OF DOLLARS) proved the Russians DID NOT interfere with the 2016 election. Are you just plain stupid?

Russia donated $145 MILLION to the KKKlintons.
    Russia donated ZERO to Trump.

    You lose again.

All this Democrat spying and collusion hoax stuff has apparently taken a real toll on Nadler. He lost it when he learned Trump was declassifying documents.

Abuse of power and corruption. While I think Trump is just playing for time (and giving Russia a bunch of our intelligence assets) any reasonable accusations of a crime by our government officials should be investigated.

There's no doubt Obama pulled some strings through Lynch to not see Hillary charged with classified material handling violations as other people have been charged under his administration. If he'd do that, would he also bend the rules and use political influence to push a legitimate Russia investigation into a political weapon against Trump? I don't know, but support it being investigated by a bipartisan investigation.

That's a false statement, but it is proof you are not seeing the world rationally.

What the sane, educated and intelligent people already know:
    https://www.brookings.edu/blog/orde...-tells-us-about-russian-influence-operations/
The redacted Special Counsel report released this morning confirms that the Russian government, through various proxies, carried out a multi-pronged campaign against the United States before, during, and after the 2016 election. That campaign involved three distinct elements:
    1. A social media influence and infiltration operation led by the Internet Research Agency (IRA);
    2. A cyber hacking operation carried out by the Russian military intelligence (GRU); and
    3. An infiltration operation of the Trump campaign.

Additionally, the Russian influence conclusion was proved by our intelligence agencies:
    https://www.dni.gov/files/documents/ICA_2017_01.pdf
We assess with high confidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the US presidential election, the consistent goals of which were to undermine public faith in the US democratic process, denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency. We further assess Putin and the Russian Government developed a clear preference for President-elect Trump. When it appeared to Moscow that Secretary Clinton was likely to win the election, the Russian influence campaign then focused on undermining her expected presidency.

You and other TCSers are free to rant, scream and denounce our military and intelligence service leadership. I do not. Although retired, I continue to support our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and trust that our military and intelligence services are commanded by like-minded patriots. Obviously your loyalties lie elsewhere.
