After watching this movie a few weeks ago... it made me think, maybe not.
The movie below has some scenes showing how certain people came into the main character's life at certain times -- whether by coincidence or by Divine intervention, a miracle transpired.
Maybe we miss some chances to experience miracles because we (fail to act) while having some unexpected/coincidental moments occur at times in our lives.
