There are doctors who refuse service to people who smoke. To smoke is a choice. There are doctors who refuse service to the obese. To overeat is a choice. One may say that to be homosexual isn't a choice but, regardless, to marry someone is a choice, to have a celebratory ceremony is a choice, and to serve cake is a choice. The point is keeping the precedent from being set that doctors and hospitals can’t refuse service to people because they are gay, as they are doing now.
Wrong. https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/hidden-camera-gay-wedding-cake-at-muslim-bakery/What you mean is that there are zero cases of halal bakeries refusing to serve people based on their sexual orientation.
And while were at it: https://bdoutdoors.com/forums/threads/muslim-cabbies-refuse-service.60271/
That's about Muslim taxi drivers refusing service to people with service dogs. People with service dogs are protected by law from discrimination.

That's on opinion piece, but it notes an incidence of a Muslim hairdresser at a unisex salon refusing service to a woman because of his religion. That constitutes gender discrimination, also illegal.
